Thunderbolt Games
11 May 2009
  • Excerpt: You just can’t seem to keep the worms down. No matter what you throw at them, whether it be exploding sheep, a Holy weapon from a Monty Python film or even the questionable foray into the third dimension, they just keep soldiering on. Having fought the eternal struggle between the Red, Blue, Yellow and Green factions on almost every console known to man since the PSOne, it was an inevitability that the war would spill onto the PlayStation 3.

Worms (PS3) - Review

31 March 2009
  • Excerpt: Worms for the PSN is the latest in a long line of titles in the series. Each game plays largely the same, with teams of worms using all kinds of weapons and tools to take each other out. Despite this, the series as a whole has a unique style that helps to make it one of the most popular games in its genre. Like all other Artillery games, Worms is all about simplistic physics-based gameplay.

  • Pros: 1080p-Auflösung, Online/Offline-Multiplayer, Trophy Support, geringer Preis, 20 verschiedene Waffen
  • Cons: kurze Spielzeit, nur 6 Levelthemen, langweiliger Sound

Worms Review

27 July 2008
  • Summary: Worms has proven that simplicity is still in style and you don't need complex renders and textures to make a game look good. A few more interactive background elements or themes and it would have been perfect. he sound is solid, with no real slip ups besides the fact that it's quite unvaried. In true Worms fashion the humorous voices make a triumphant return.
