Summary: I love RPG's and MMORPG's. I wish there were more of them to play. Not only for the PS3, but I'd like to see more for "MAC". This game was fun. I moved right along the story., excited to see what's next. And then it just stops. No more content. You can keep leveling up, I was hoping there was more to come, but there isn't. After a few more days of killing the stuff over and over, I got bored and shelved it.
Summary: The key bad points in this game are: 1:Way too much grinding and farming 2:semi decent graphics just slightly better than ps2 3:boring music but just below average 4:It has some nice armor and weapons textures but not much differences between them expect new armor and weapons may look worst than what your wearing and it takes too long to make them in the item creation, to make all of them could take over a year of boring grind/farming.
Summary: The very premise of the game's character design is counter-intuitive and somewhat insulting. I recall spending fifteen minutes customizing my "avatar" to look like me, and being excited that I would be controlling him throughout the game. As it turns out, this customized avatar is merely a mute side-kick with no integration into the storyline, while a dweeb adolescent named Leonard (who looks like a hill billy) takes center stage, in a pathetically contrived romance with...
Summary: White Knight Chronicles is trash, plain and simple. The combat system is clunky and feels outdated with loopholes that allow enemies to attack you from across the map while you have to be right on top of them to do the same. Additionally, the story is horrific. The entire plot is dumbed down and filled with cardboard characters with dull personalities that can't pull a single positive emotion from me. Also, CUTSCENES NEVER END.
Summary: I wanted to like this game I really did. I didn't though, first I'm a little confused why this is a PS3 game it would have worked just fine on the PS2, more on that later. The breakdown first Combat: I hated this so much I'm not sure if I can fully convey how much I hated the combat system. For starters if you don't use haste on your characters the wait time is fairly long before you get to take any action.
Summary: The battle system is slow and requires absolutely no skill, the story line seems like it was written by an 8 year old, the voice acting is unbearably bad, and the animations are lazily done at best. Over all this is a terrible game, I would suggest kingdom hearts for ps2, the graphics are about the same and the gameplay, story, and acting are actually good, or if your looking for a turn based game go for final fantasy, legend of legaia, or legend of dragoon, but not...
Summary: Okay, so the combat isn't terrible. There. That's the nicest thing I can say about this game. That said, the combat does grow stale and repetitive a lot faster than I'd hoped. The dialogue is awful. The plot is ridiculous. (SPOILER: The princess gets captured no fewer than THREE TIMES while standing within 10 feet of you, and you just stand there like an idiot.) The graphics are fine, but not exceptional or even very imaginative.
Summary: Let me start by saying that I'm a RPG junkie and this game is disgrace to be called one. I felt that this game let me down considerably when it game to game play and that it misleads its self when saying it is comparably to the FF series. I would not recomend this game to anyone that has a love of any serious RPG's.
Summary: I don't know why people like this game the combat is terribad if you haven't lost your money i suggest you rent it if you really want to play it. When i saw the trailer i was pumped man i thought the combat was gonna be sick like Kingdom Hearts or at least FF13 13 is almost like this but the timer is not as boring and combos much interesting. PLUS THEY ALLOW YOU TO MOVE AROUND In a fight but it doesn't matter how far away u run they still hit you but u cant hit them.
