Summary: So much for highlighting serious anti consumer gaming issues with this Elite Dangerous. You can't bury the facts, this is the internet, there is nowhere to hide, what you did and when you did it, Frontier Developments. Never heard of a web browser hey? This games is so empty it might as well have been just offline single player and that's the irony and joke of it all, nuff said really.
Summary: Well, i thought this would be an awesome game... But it is a piece of in a game's shape. I didn't even pass the first scenario and I realized how bad is the fight engine. I think the cinematographic fight style of sleeping dogs is incredibly better. And, in the first minute of game, Rorschach was hit by a prisoner and spawned in the sky... i fell on a fence, and stayed on it. I've done Well, i thought this would be an awesome game...
Summary: After playing this game I had that disappointed feeling knowing that the experience could have provided much more than it did. The most fun that I got from this game was rapidly clicking left-mouse and mashing spacebar at the same time, forcing Rorschach to lunge and attempt to swing at the same time while making an odd grunting noise.
Summary: The style of the game is nice, but the battles get boring. Still, I loved running around as Rorschach and Nite Owl and beating up people as them. However, I mainly got it cause I'm a Watchmen fan.
Summary: This game is nothing more than your basic average beat em up brawler, while it has some good co op and good character animations, the bland environments and dumb AI hold this back, the story is pretty interesting however, just don't expect anything new or exciting.
Excerpt: played the demo for this game way back when, it intrigued me but other games distracted me and I just ended up forgetting about it. But my friend has this and I bought it off of him, what a waste of money.. I have watched the film and enjoyed it, this game was nothing on the film. Although when I saw that this was a kinda old style beat em up with a story relating to watchmen I was really excited.
Pros: Showed promise at the start
Cons: Boring, repetitive, lacking in gripping story
Summary: I bought this for my friend and he finished it within the day. It's not long, it's very repetitive, but for a fan of Watchmen it does it's job by letting you play as two of your favourite characters.
Summary: This game might be fun but if you have never played a game like Batman for example. The same fights over and over. No boss fights in the chapters/levels. You are not even jumping or climbing freely. Game is an insult to both comic and the movie. Only good thing is the poster coming with the box !!!
Excerpt: Despite less than flattering reviews in the press, I decided, having seen a hard copy going cheap on the high street, to pick up this collection of previously download only watchmen prequal games, parts one and two. How dissappointing then that what could have been a great game is a half thought out, brain numbingly repetitive entry into the superhero game catagory. It plays as a superhero hack and slash game with puzzle solving elements.
Pros: Interesting but thin story, Great weather effects and shadow, heroes in their prime
Cons: No online co op, short, repetitive, thin story, seems unfinished
