Summary: Well, i thought this would be an awesome game... But it is a piece of in a game's shape. I didn't even pass the first scenario and I realized how bad is the fight engine. I think the cinematographic fight style of sleeping dogs is incredibly better. And, in the first minute of game, Rorschach was hit by a prisoner and spawned in the sky... i fell on a fence, and stayed on it. I've done playing Watchmen!!!
Summary: After playing this game I had that disappointed feeling knowing that the experience could have provided much more than it did. The most fun that I got from this game was rapidly clicking left-mouse and mashing spacebar at the same time, forcing Rorschach to lunge and attempt to swing at the same time while making an odd grunting noise.
Summary: The style of the game is nice, but the battles get boring. Still, I loved running around as Rorschach and Nite Owl and beating up people as them. However, I mainly got it cause I'm a Watchmen fan.
Summary: This game is nothing more than your basic average beat em up brawler, while it has some good co op and good character animations, the bland environments and dumb AI hold this back, the story is pretty interesting however, just don't expect anything new or exciting.
Summary: Excellent, expecially for a beat 'em up. It isn't a button masher as the negative reviews say, as enemies are able to detect when a player is mashing away, and will counter. Rorschach is just plain brutal, in a good way. His amazing character and gameplay makes up for the less interesting Nite Owl, and his finishers leave someone going, "Ooooh, Ouch" almost every time.
Summary: Watchmen is one the best down loadable game i have ever seen possibly the best down loading game i have full of action plenty of combos and very brutal special combos Rorschach are very brutal and Nite owl 2 cool combos not as brutal still cool. I recomend you buy this game it is very fun.
Summary: Okay, so a game. "EPIC!!" was my first thought and rented it. About 20 hours later with levels that are WAY WAY WAY TOO repetitive and fighting combos I was finished. My next thought was "EPIC FAIL!!" because that's what it is. Boring cutscenes very repetitive (if not all levels are the same) and fighting combos that not only look bad with the animation but also does not match sounds.
Summary: Are these "professional" reviewers even playing the same game as we are? I almost didn't pick up this game because of them. And I can honestly say that would have been the biggest mistake of my life. Yes, it's a button masher. But I can't think of a better one for the 360. I can see myself going through this game a few times with each character just to collect all the powerups, and though I've seen each of these guy's finishing moves like 30 times, I can't help but laugh...
Summary: A lot of the reviews for this game seem a little unfair to me. Having just read the graphic novel and looking forward to seeing the film, this game is the perfect little fan service to someone who enjoys the characters and the world of Watchmen. Being priced at around £12, i was never expecting anything truly genre changing and as a movie tie in, it goes above that particular call of duty.
