Summary: I got the season pass so only get the season pass if you play online a lot. I don't play online really. I AM ONLY REVIEWING A SEASON PASS DO NOT BASE THE GAME OFF MY REVIEW. But you probably get a lot of good stuff with the season pass and a lot of extras.
Summary: I don't want to start an argument and I'm sure I'm gonna fet flamed here, but this review is, I guess, for gamers like me. I like shooters, I like FP and I like sandboxes and side missions. I really enjoyed Red Dead, Bioshock, Borderlands2, Far Cry2, Fallout(s) and even Bulletstorm and Saints Row 3 was a bit of a hoot. I don't mind trying things and getting killed if I can go back and try something different, tactically.
Summary: Uncharted 2 was amazing. Great actors, characters, and amazing set pieces. We barely seen Lazaravic, but when we did, he had presence. Uncharted 3 is a step down. Still have some great actors, the main heroes are (sort of) great characters, the set pieces are beautiful, but the villains are lack luster. They are meant to be intimidating because they use some sleight of hand, but they seem so full of themselves and can't back it up.
Summary: Uncharted 1 was somewhat of an underground hit. Uncharted 2 turned out to be an unforeseen success, featuring a great story, balanced cinematic fun and lush environments. Uncharted 3 is the result of spreadsheet wielding executives who have, as they often do, killed the goose that lays the golden eggs. The good things about UC3 are of course the voiceacting, the action packed cutscenes, the design.
Excerpt: "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. What a disappointment. They told me it would be a good game, with great gameplay and it would be an amazing PS3 exclusive. They were only right about it being a PS3 exclusive, I bet that's where the 'Deception' came from. Nathan Drake is again running around, hopping on one leg, shooting villains in the face whilst doing a barrel roll into the air before landing on an upright pole with said leg, trying to balance ...
Pros: Great story, great graphics, great voice acting, great motion capture
Summary: I have completed Uncharted 3 yesterday. It's a hyped up game which unfortunately fails to live up to its amazing predecessors (uncharted 1 and 2). Overall it's a mediocre game; rent it, don't buy it. Here's why: The things it does right: incredible visuals, no lagging, no video/image tearing, good controls, great music and the fact that we learn more about the relationship between Nate and Sully. The game deserves no more than 2 starts because: 1.
