Summary: I loved this game for its online multiplayer. Sadly, it stopped working months ago and Sony seem to not care fixing it. If you want this for the solo experience, its ok, BUT, if you want to play online with a bunch of people, avoid this at all cost.
Not bad, but not great. But if you're going to buy, get it new.

Summary: The most disappointing game I have ever played and spent money on. That is not to say the game is awful or even bad, but it's nowhere near as good as I was expecting it to be. I'm a big Twisted Metal fan, with Twisted Metal: Black being my favorite entry in the series. It continues to be.
Summary: after a pain in the butt of getting this game, i bought it from a pawn shop first, just randomly, and a different game was in the case, ... so then i looked up the game and decided to order it online, it looked like a lot of fun, but then after spending another $10 (not much), on the game, i had to...

Summary: This is a partial review because i am stuck on that stupid cage level. The game is fast pace with a lot action so far,but you play as three characters that can drive any car. I think it added to the twisted metal series when you had specific characters with their specific vehicles so that you would...
Summary: It's a fun game and especially awesome if you played any of the originals. However, it's not cool that no one plays online anymore. If you want to play online, good luck having anyone play with.
Summary: I was hoping for a revival of the older Twisted Metal titles. TM2 is the best in the series, and possibly the best car combat game of all time. It had a great story line, lots of characters, and great mechanics. Twisted Metal on the PS3 breaks down in almost every possible area where TM2 succeeded.
Summary: This is a very action packed game, a little too action pack for my tastes. There are so many things happening at once that I don't have time to enjoy/see what is going on around me other then shooting something that crosses in front of me.
Summary: Waited for this game for a long time seeing as all the old Twisted Metals were fun, this one didn't disappoint, but being a big online gamer, the lobbies / rooms / lack of community kept me from keeping the game.
Summary: This is all the nostalgia you think it is. It is even the nostalgia of not playing it online because no one else is either. Get it on the cheap. You may not keep it around but it is still cool to play for a bit.
