Summary: I'm only giving this video game 3 stars for one reason. The game had a good story to it. If it hadn't have had that, I would've one-starred it. The graphics a really horrible. Whoever worked on this game obviously didn't put their heart and soul in to it. The controls aren't any good either, sad to say. This game is a waste of your hard earned cash. Don't buy it if you don't want disappointment.
Fun program, but graphics are really disappointing.

Summary: I really wanted to give this program a higher rating, but it had several things in it that I had serious misgivings about. The first of which was the quality of the graphics. I really expected better graphics in a PS3 program. I felt like I was playing Castle Wolfenstein on a PC with a EGA graphics card in it. I seriously hope CodeMasters will be producing better products in the future.
While this game is definitely unique, it really isn't that great. Merely average.

Summary: About a year ago, I heard of a company called Spark Unlimited. I saw an awesome looking game called Legendary at my local Gamestop for $10. I picked it up, not really expecting much. However, what I got was one of the most underrated games I had ever played. So, after being simply stunned by how good Legendary was, I researched Spark Unlimited online. I found out that they made a game in the past called Turning Point: Fall of Liberty.
Summary: i thought it was acually pretty fun. i wasnt gonna get it, but then i saw the price. CHEAP! im a sucker for cheap. it acually kind of reminded me of call of duty 3. well kinda.not that good. but if you like fps games just friggin get it.
Summary: Let me start out with the positive thing about it. Good storyline, and that is it! The gameplay is very poor, the graphics look like playstation 1, the sound sounds like it comes from a gameboy speaker, and the weapons NEVER change. On the other hand I will give it some slack bcuz it was made in 2007, but still Call of Duty 4 and Uncharted were made that same year. Overall this game is TERRIBLE! Do NOT get.
Summary: I think it's an ok game. The graphics are old but they aren't that bad, the game actually has better physics than some of the top end graphics games out there in some fighting parts of it. If you have problems with the controls then you shouldn't be playing 1st person shooters period, the controls are easy. The enemy AI is just like the game, ok. I would say the more experienced you are with gaming the more you will like the game and vice versa.
Summary: Turning Point is for all those fans who loved the premise of Red Dawn and enjoyed the Gamecube game Freedom Fighters. I figured since I like all the above mentioned that I would give it a try. I was slightly disappointed with the controls which are the heart of a game and also the graphics. It's a shame the developers didn't put more time into these 2 important aspects especially for a machine that has such horsepower.
Summary: This is the typical first person game. It's set up as if we were invaded during WWII, and it starts in NY with you joining the ARMY to help defend against the attacker. The game is very fun but the graphics are not as good as I would like. I would recommend it for the gameplay though. Try it out!
Conclusion: Ok so its no CALL OF DUTY and the graphics are a reminder of why we sold our PS2s but for all the faults the game has it makes up for it with the underlying story. NAZIS in the USA who ever thought up the idea for Turning Point is a genius. The next game in the series has a lot to make up for but as long as the storey stays as good you can put up with the bad graphics.
Conclusion: This game is okay and interesting. If you enjoy a good story then for £20 this is great. There are better games available dont get me wrong, but this is worth a look if you've played the others. Get it off play trade for much less aswell and immerse yourself in the storyline which more than makes up for the most annoying thing for me, which is when you shoot an enemy in the head - no blood.
