Summary: Really fun game. Little different than other Tony Hawk games where you use a controller but really cool concept with interactive board. You get a slight workout while playing fun game. Win..win!
Great for people who don't want to sit on the couch!

Summary: Okay, so I have heard nothing but awful reviews about this game, but I went with my gut feeling and decided to get this and not the skate series. What confuses me is that people are comparing it to games that use a standard controller, when this game uses a board controller. Ive played most of the Tony Hawk series, even since THPS1. I like the fact that I'm moving around, and being interactive.
Summary: This is a very cool game. Unlike all the other old tony hawk games this uses a board which makes you part of the game. It will make you break a sweat in no time. Down side the game will not let you use a controller to play it. So people with weight over 300 lbs or disabilities this game is not ment for you.
Summary: My kids have grown up on skateboards and now they are older but still have an attraction to the sport. This gives them the opportunity to re-live some of the old experience without the risk of serious injury. True it's not the same thrill of the old board tricks and one needs to use more care in the handling of the board. The competition is there and all within the comfort of home and climate control.
Summary: I have read so many reviews about this game. Though I only paid a third of the cost. I have found that the game is fun. The controls are pretty responsive. I believe that a lot of people play the game on beginner, which is on rails. However the game has more difficult levels that are free roaming. The graphics are meant to look artistic.
Summary: This game is way fun and realistic. Be prepared to spend loads of time learning how to do tricks on it. Neither my husband nor I are very good on a skateboard so if you are not able to do it in real life this game is good for you. Can be frustrating doing the challenges but besides that loads of fun!!
Summary: got this for my 8 y/o son for Christmas. He likes it but likes to play sitting down instead of standing. We can't figur out how to turn off the board so the batteries ran down the night after the first play and now we just take the batteries out when he's finished playing which is a pain. Other than that, he has no complaints.
Summary: My TH Ride board arrive in the mail just days after purchasing it which was awesome. I open the box to a skateboard looking Controller. I was hesitant at first, the last thing I wanted to do was stand on it the wrong way and snap it in half! After using the Ride for a couple of days you realise how rough you can play.
