  • Summary: THIS GAME DOES NOT OVERCOME HIS FIRST EDITION. VERY GOOD GRAPHS, BUT IT SEEMS TO ME TO BE VERY SHORT.

Good but lacking key elements

  • Summary: Overall Hawx 2 was an enjoyable experience but when you compare it to other jet based games, its graphic quality and immersive elements weren't all there. For modern flight based games your choices are limited, but Hawx 2 is one you might consider. I have found that the game captured most important key qualities but it seemed that the developers could have spent more time on the visual appearance.

Hard Controls-PS2 Like Graphics

  • Summary: At first I bought this game wanting a fighter jet game. And I must say that all the concepts are there and it's a decent, at best, game. The controls are very hard to master and I often find myself flying around in circles to find the enemy, then flying around in more circles to find them again. I would possibly look to another game before buying this. If you can get the controls down though, I can see it being lots of fun!

Could have been great, but falls short

  • Summary: I wanted to play a flying game. In fact, I wanted to play THIS flying game, and I wanted it to be fun. I ignored all the negative reviews and bought it. I'm an easy gamer - I can be amused by nearly any game, although my twitch-reflexes aren't what they used to be as I approach the fifth decade of life.

  • Summary: The game is too short I won it in a day , the storyline of the game its common of tom clancys about the cold war. the graphs leave much to say because it seems like wii than a game for a ps3 consolo.

  • Summary: I played the first HAWX game and it was overall a great game. I decided to pick this one up because i had a flight control stick and i loved the free flight witht he ability to take off and land. i also loved the opening to the game where you take in the Mig or the F-16(idk what it was) and go straight to the training. The game started getting really bad twards the middle. I found that every time i would see a mig i would just go around in circles trying to find it!

  • Summary: I just traded in some games and got hawx 2, just started playing not what i expected the missions decide the plane for you no choice like the first one not cool, and aiming is a little harder than the first. Still a fun flying game for any one who wants to be a pilot.

Was looking forward to this sooo much........

  • Conclusion: Being a massive fan of the ace combat franchise i had been waiting for a game to come close to their playability and graphics and the first hawx game came remarkably close so i was really looking forward to this as a sequel but instead of improving on the first they have just made it more awkward to control and added bits that are gimmicky at best.
