Summary: First of all this game has little to none moves. You start out with like 10 wrestlers and you have to unlocked the rest by going through the storymode which sucked. If you like making you own wrestler this game is not for you. You can only create 5 wrestlers that i remember. This game blows, If you play WWE games then stick to them games because there is no fun here.
Summary: First off this game isn't the best game out there. There are only 25 characters in all(which really bite, they all have the same move-sets if you use everybody. The story mode is ok even when your character is talking about winning the title there isn't one. Second, when i rented this for the wii i couldnt even figure out how to pin the dude. i had to start making ppol tap out. the computer reverses moves a whole lot easier than i thought they would.
Summary: I am huge wrestling fan, and I must say this game is pretty bad. To begin all of you people that say this is the 1st game and all that other bull, just don't talk anymore. The create a wrestler is horrible. I can understand having to unlock the the moves, but there are none that are initally unlocked. The character models are awesome, but the move sets are horrible.
Summary: When I bought this game, I thought the gameplay would be better than WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2008 but it turns out that it's not really what I thought it would end up. First of all, the controls are a somewhat complicated to get used to. The opponents often reversed way more than I thought and that was just on backyard difficulty or should I say "easy".
Summary: In order to compete with WWE's wrestling games TNA made this game TNA Impact. TNA Impact comes with a good roster of superstars from the company with all of them being up date. Some of the graphics in the game are very good with wrestlers like Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe and Jeff Jarret looking perfect with their graphics. The gam was not a hit though because of the animation and game play in the game. It is a slow game to play and to grapple in the game is very difficult to.
Excerpt: "TNA was founded in 2002 and fans have been eagerly awaiting a game since then. There were persistant rumours of a game for years and in 2007 it finally happened with the release of 'TNA iMPACT!' However that's where the excitement ends. Even though the game is visually stunning and all the moves were done with the wrestlers performing them for the game developers, which made it a lot more better than the Smackdown vs Raw move system. The game ...
Pros: Good visuals, easy to control .
Cons: Lack of matches, poor story mode, no title matches, no knockouts .
Summary: Total Non-stop Action is all be it a very poor TV series but when I saw the game so cheap I decided to pick it up as I am a big fan of the smack down VS raw series of games. First putting in the game I realised that it took a lengthy installation process but this is done to reduce in-game loading time, however when I made a new character for the story loading the character took 10 minutes (and this has to be done every time you load the story) then it took another 5 to...
TNA Impact (PS3): What Line Has Been Crossed? TNA Impact - The Video Game
19 August 2009
Summary: Searching through the shops of London, namely GAME, HMV etc.. I was looking in all honesty to find another game rather than TNA Impact. I was not looking for the newest Smackdown Vs RAW game as I have grown bored with this franchise. It has turned into nothing but a gimmick. I was searching for Fire Pro Wrestling Returns. However, on my travels I gave up and settled for TNA Impact - the videogame. I am an avid TNA fan but found myself a year behind on the programme.
Summary: TNA Impact sees the next generation debut of TNA, the poorer relation in the wrestling world to the enormous World Wrestling Entertainment. Without going into too much detail, TNA is just like WWE except it uses a 6 sided ring and is much more low budget. Some of the current wrestlers there were big stars in the WWE before fall outs and injuries occured. The biggest example of this is probably Olympic Gold medalist and former WWE Champion Kurt Angle.
TNA Impact (PS3): A rubbish game that doesn't live up to the hype.
30 October 2008
Summary: TNA Impact provides a new franchise on the wrestling scene which was before dominated by WWE: Smackdown VS Raw. However, this game doesn't even live up to disappointing 2008 WWE. After playing it, I have found that it only provides fun for around half and hour and most of that will be watching cutscenes. The game takes along time to load and will make you bored before you even start a fight.
