Summary: This is a decent game for fans of arcade shooters. Unfortunately it only comes with one gun that is a chore to calibrate and split screen makes both player screens very small. If u have a Wii, don't buy this just go with a light gun shooter on there, but if PS3 is all u have and your really into arcade shooters go ahead give this a try.
Summary: This game had great potential to becoming one of the funnest game for the PS3 system. The graphics are okay and the Guncon is accurate if you know how to calibrate it right. Now, let's talk about the gameplay, and here is where the developers screwed up (hope there is a patch that can fix this nuance someday). Let me explain, first TC has always be a gun on rails arcade game and they should've left it like that. The FPS mode is cumbersome, the controls feel clunky.
Summary: this game was ok but nothing inovative about it and got bored of playing it after a couple of times. i bought it for 49 dollars on a GB special and got about my money's worth back as a tradin at a local buy sell and trade store. overall atleast i didn't waste my money on it.
Summary: I must admit, I'm new to the Time Crisis series of games, but have been a casual fan of light gun games over the years, including Duck Hunt, Area 51, and various others that you find in movie theatre arcades these days. I bought this game during one of Amazon's DotD (deal of the day) promos, so I got it for $39. I'd say it was worth it for that amount, but I would not pay much more for this set. The game is fun, it's another light gun shooting game.
Summary: The game is ok. graphics are great, but you can only continue 4 times. The extra games, target practice type mini games are fun and easily the best part of this game. It was a gold box deal for 50.00, which is the only reason I bought. It is not worth 80. If they come out with more gun based games then it may be worth buying. The gun is extremly accurate esp when you use the 5 point calibration...don't worry it takes all of 10 seconds.
Summary: This game was fun at the beginning but gets boring later on. The game is not very accurate and the reload feature of this game is tedious as you have to push button every time and gun is bit heavy.
Summary: Ordered the game as a gift for a friend and he brought over his PS3 and we played it. The game looks great, and is just like the arcade game. However, the light gun controller is WIRED, which I didn't realize. The cord is 10-15ft, but that's still pretty close if you have a big TV. Also, you have to add some WIRED transmitters to your TV in order for the light gun to work. So that's two ugly wires coming out of your PS3, one to the TV and one to your remote.
Excerpt: Time Crisis is the latest in the series of games that were adapted from the old classic arcade verison of the same name. I remember playing this years ago in the arcades and they used to be great fun pointing and shooting the gun like you were actually in the game. Namco have attempted with this franchise to bring this to the consoles smoothly but I'm not sure it will ever be as good as the arcades.
Summary: Grafik okay, Sound okay, Arcade Feeling dank Light Gung grandios.
