Time Crisis 4 is a later version of the game from the famous Time Crisis series, basically the fourth version. This game was published by Namco. It was released in 2006. The genre of this game is rail shooter as well as first person shooter.

A sensitive and important weapon was developed by the US forces and word has leaked out about it. A European agency has been seen to take an interest on this weapon and has made plans of stealing it. The objective of the game Time Crisis 4 is to protect this secret weapon from getting into the hands of the enemies. The Playstation 3 version is the best created as the whole plan unfolds in front of the player as he continues playing the game. The game can be played by one person in single player mode as well as several players in the multiplayer mode.

Review Summary

The first version of Time Crisis came out over a decade which makes it one of Namco’s oldest franchises. The game Time Crisis went on to become the most well known light-gun shooters game. Despite the fact that the game is popular among gamers, it still has managed to gather critics from its reviewers. According to them, this game has a lot of issues and features that they are not satisfied with. From the boring setup process to the number of wires that have to be connected to the ps3. From the USB wires of the LED receivers to the GinCon controller have to be connected to the ps3. Due to the fact that everything is wireless now, Time Crisis is a bit behind in that area. According to a certain reviewer, Time Crisis 4 is the sloppiest playing game the series has ever seen, and that goes for any Namco light-gun title. Apparently, the receivers don’t help much in the game’s accuracy as the movements of the crosshair are greatly delayed. This makes it impossible to play and aim continuously. The list of apparent defaults is too long to continue on this and also I wouldn’t want to frustrate gamers who were looking forward to playing this game. If ardent fans have the patience to play this game then they are welcome to do so otherwise for inpatient gamers they might need to work on that.
