Summary: I love JRPGs so I was able to get some fun out of it. The game has big issues and you spend most of your time doing sides quests rather than progressing on a simple story which doesn't go very far. The saving grace in the story is how funny it is. The areas keep repeating so the game starts to look really dull despite the cool anime style. I enjoyed the game some what at first but the game becomes tedious later on.
Summary: Like many other reviews say you'll either love it or hate it, or in my case be somewhere in between. The story and soundtrack are nice and I'm still playing this soley because of the story but the gameplay seems a bit weird. My biggest gameplay problem is dodging enemy attacks in the game. You basically have to wait until after your attack animation has been completed before you can dodge so if you are spamming attack you won't have much fun fighting.
Summary: The repetition of the game is what really kills its appeal. You do the same thing for every boss; it's a paper-rock-scissors affair over and over again. Despite the fact there are two girls, they each have the same pattern, it's just that one is a ranged fighter and one isn't. Graphically the game looks like you're playing an anime, and that's a feather in the game's cap. I also had few complaints about the music (though, it's also repetitively beautiful).
Summary: Animation not as fluid, yes its hi Def animation but it just seems off, battles are too confusing and instead of strategy is basically button smashing. Better JRPGs out there, Tales of Xillia, Resonance of Fate, wrath of the withe witch.
