Summary: Good game thus far, just need to invest more time, and learn how to properly play, not much unlike My real game, but at least here, with these incredible graphics, and wonderful courses I'll finaly qualify for The Masters.
Summary: I got this game used not too long ago, mostly to play my brother-in-law online. I play it almost everyday and do enjoy it, but there are several areas where the game is lacking. · When using the three-click swing meter (which is much more convenient on shots that you are not hitting to 100 percent strength), you are just as likely to hit it perfect as you are to have the game hitch and slow down so that your shot is screwed up.
Summary: Just like all the sports titles by EA, when you come out with a new game every year, it's hard to keep coming up with new features to make the game different. I always wait to buy the EA games 1 year after they're released cuz why pay $60 for '10 when you can get '09 for $15-$20 used? Just my opinion. This is my first PS3 version, I've played the PS2 version in years past so this is a nice upgrade strictly based on the graphics.
Summary: I always loved the Tiger Woods series.I think it one of the best looking games that EA Sports has to offer.I had TW08 on xbox 360 and when I got my PS3,I had to get TW09 and I'm glad I did.Graphics are great, gameplay is great and they have a guide to teach you the game of golf if you don't know.Great game
Summary: I have been playing Tiger Woods since the 04 version and have to say that this game is a must-buy for anyone familiar with the series. Like previous versions, the learning curve is quick and takes little time to figure out nuances of putting and pitching. Definitely not a sim (thanks to consistent 375 yard drives and bringing lob wedges across the green), but highly entertaining with good replay value.
Summary: This is the best game I know of to just pick up, relax and play for hours with or without friends. Gamernet challenges, beautiful landscapes, and new content keep me striving to be better. I always enjoy earning money and improving my character, though you must be on your game all the time to keep him/her high in the stats. If you have a poor round, your stats go down. This is incentive to make you concentrate and be at your best.
Summary: Review for disabled peoples (Cappers). If you have limited hand movement, you know most games are out of bounds... but with Tiger woods You can play if you can hold the controller with your hands and push the button with your chin (my way of playing). This game requires NO MULTI BUTTON COMBO's. Only a few things are outta reach. For VERTS (normal people) get this if Tiger 10 is twice the price the upgrades are not worth $20+ to most people.
Summary: I purchased this game to play with my 5yo son. We both enjoy playing it togeather. I used to have TW2003 and played it all the time. There are obviously many new features that have changed and even more features that have remained the same. I wish that they have a kids mode where he could play in an assisted mode. That being said, I know as we play more, he will get better at it.
