Summary: Love, Love Love, this game. My old one finally wore out with all the action that it gets. I opted for the used one, due to the price, and was amazed that it arrived better that the seller described.
Summary: The PS 2 version was much better, easier to work the ball and spin it, like one would in reality. I think some nerd who know's little about real golf or fishing came up with the PS 3 versions of these older games.

Summary: I bought this game about a year or two after it was first put out, and at this point it had been replaced by newer versions, so it could be had for cheap. I didn't open it for a few months, getting bored with some of the glitzier titles I had bought for my PS3. Since opening Tiger Woods 07, though, I've consistently played it and enjoyed it. Easy to learn, tough to master, it has just the right level of difficulty and replayability for a game of its type.
Amazing graphics and customization in Game Face, easy to learn controls, lots of modes to keep you busy, but some bugs.

Summary: The overall graphics in this game are amazing. It really shines in the Game Face mode where you can create just about any type of person you want. Gameplay graphics are also great, my favorite is the water. The reflections looks amazing, especially on an HD TV. Gameplay is similar to Tiger Woods 06, with a few tweaks. The putting controls are a little easier. They took out the Gamebreaker, which sucks. That was a fun feature. The available game modes will keep you busy.
Summary: I bought this game last year (2011) after watching the Masters on telly and thinking a golfing game for my PS3 would be fun. I looked at all the different editions of the game (PGA Tour 07 was the first Tiger Woods game for the PS3, and there have been new versions every year since then), but it seems the changes from year-to-year are usually small so I went for the 07 version since it can be bought very cheaply these days.
Summary: The graphics won't blow you away but the gameplay is fun/addicting. Gameplay is basically the same as the previous versions. There are three main gamemodes for single player: PGA Tour, Train My Golfer, and Tiger Challenge. The equipment is still weak and could use an upgrade (I refuse to play with EA clubs, balls, shafts, polos, etc.). They added the FedEX Cup into the gameplay which is cool. I would still pay the $60, it's worth the money.
Summary: If you are a gulf fan, you may not like this game. If you hate gulf you will hate this game, but the fact that you can create a character in this game that looks almost exactly like you in real life is just too good to pass up. That's what first got me interesed in Tiger Woods 07, I didn't even understand the basics of gulf, but I knew I liked to make a character and with the customizer you can do almost anything. I made a person that looked exactly like me.
