Summary: Thief on the PS3 is a disappointing 'reboot' of a once genre-defining franchise. Occasional long-loads (between sections of the same map); poor AI; sub-par graphics; forgettable story-line... I expected much much more... See the METACRITIC website for additional reviews. Caveat Emptor.
Summary: This was a disappointment. The plot is flat and uninteresting. The art is garbage. Getting around is a nightmare, navigation and controls are absolutely not intuitive. I was a huge fan of every previous Thief game. This one is just not worth the time.
Summary: As a fan of the old games I was extremely excited for this game. Unfortunately it's just not good. It's buggy and the cut scenes don't render well. This game feels like dishonored with a story isn't as good and even worse graphics. Rent it if you really want to play it. Don't pay full price.
Summary: First, I should say that I am a first time player of this series and did not know what to expect going into it. For the little time that I played the game (maybe 2-3 hours via Redbox), I enjoyed what I was doing when the game actually worked properly.
Summary: What I thought was a really good, 1st person theif game, ended up being one of the games that I started playing and hope to never play again, it was really good for people who have patient, but yet again, time to wait, I'm personally a big fan of square Enix games, but this is one of the worse games...
Excerpt: J'ai acheté ce jeu en pensant y retrouver beaucoup plus pour mon argent... Mais le jeu est trop sombre.. On s'y perd facilement... Et mise à part les cinématiques, le jeu laisse beaucoup à désirer...
Summary: It's seemed to a lot of us that this long-awaited game project was stuck forever in 'development hell'. That it's made a release at all is remarkable. It bears all the hallmarks of a project that has been jerked around all over the place.
