I play because the Sly Cooper series was always fun to play
20 February 2016
Summary: Case was damaged, but no problem there; I just replaced the old case with a new one. Other than that, the game works perfectly. The graphics don't look too much different than in the original version of the games but no complaints there. I didn't play for the graphics.
Summary: All three of these games were amazing!! But rather than reviewing the games individually, I'd like to review the Collection itself. So, overall, a great job tidying up the three games, but I'd like to mention a few shortcomings.
Summary: These are popular PS2 platformer games that have been remastered in HD. The graphics have actually still held up pretty nicely I must say. You play as Fox and a few other characters using stealthiness to solves puzzles and complete missions.
Summary: Having played all three Sly Cooper games on my old PS2 I was unsure how well these games would hold up on the current-generation PS3. I shouldn't have worried. Sucker Punch has updated all three titles with HD graphics which look great on my 46" HDTV.
Summary: I am not a big gamer. I bought it as a time killer because I've played all the Ratchet and Clank and Jak and Daxter games I have. I wanted something a little different. This is a good value and fun to play. I bought it along with Hedge Hog Genesis.
Summary: This review will be short and to the point: These games are FUN. Yes, they are old, yes some of the voice acting is annoying at times, but in a world FILLED with realistic shooters, stressful horror titles, and the like, it is nice to sit back and platform for a while.
Summary: I remembered playing these games in my late teens, early 20s and I thought my kids would enjoy them. While my kids weren't able to really get into them, I was able to enjoy them enough that I played through each one again. Worth the $20 I paid for the game.
