Prepare to kill off your pets and your children...

Summary: I am a big Sims fan and have always played the PC versions before this. The reviews I read said that Sims 3 Pets was fairly robust for PS3 so I opted to get that and play on the couch rather than drop a ton of money on the PC game and all the expansion packs. (I already did that on Sims 2 and it still plays fine!
Summary: It's a great game. Difficult at times But addicting. You can beat the game. But you have to get past the glitches in the game. You can't get by week 10 without the game corrupting the saved data. And make sure you save a lot cuz it will freeze the ps3 to where you have to do a hard reboot. And sometimes just the game freezes. Had same problem with sims 3 to. It's the only games that does it. But its still a fun game. I diffently recommendyou buy it and have a blast.
Summary: Pro: the pets in Sims 3 Pets expansion pack are adorable. They move and interact like the real thing. I love them. I commend the developers, because they had to redesign the game from top to bottom to allow the pet interactions. Bravo. Cons: the way the game installs custom content (features and enhancements made by other gamers, available for download into the game from the EA official Sims 3 site, plus several other sites) has changed completely.
Summary: I've been waiting for this expansion pack for so long- basically since I upgraded from Sims 2 to Sims 3. Unfortunately, it isn't worth the wait. The Sims 3: Pets adds on adoptable, playable animals to the pre-existing game, allowing you to add cats, dogs, horses, and a variety of miniature pets to your household. It's basically the same animal (pun intended) as Sims 2: Pets, just in Sims 3-style shiny graphics.
Summary: I've been waiting for this a long time. I have waited for EA to finally make something worth while, not some boring stuff packs. Look at what they made for sims 2? You'd think they'd remake all those expansions for sims 3. I really enjoyed university, I don't understand why they didn't incorperate that into generations. Aside from all that, I believe this expansion was made with some thought. I love how the pets actually act like pets!
Summary: it was in my basket already, must have been in there for 6 months, ordered it by mistake when getting something else, so much hassle to send it back. shame. the game itsself would probably be ok for a 7 year old girl.
Summary: I found this game extremely boring and quite limited as to what I could do. I'd suggest people get the mac or pc edition rather than a console version. Seems better from what videos I've seen.
Summary: And The Sims 3 was amazing. I like this game a lot and it does have longevity. However, it is basically The Sims 3 but with pets. It takes 70 seconds to load at the start ad well...TS3 didn't! It still has load screens, but it crashes too and the town isn't as good. There are house options, but other than that there are just parks. I do appreciate this is about pets, but it is centred around humans too and I feel there is little for my Sims to do.
