Enjoyed the split-screen, no internet required Co-op

Summary: Graphics weren't as good as, say, Borderlands and story wasn't even close to that of Skyrim (for example), but we had a fun time playing it. It was nice to be able to play with people in the same room, on the same console. Maybe we're just old school and are behind the times, but we prefer good ol' fashioned split screen co-op. Even though it's checkpoint based (which I LOATHE - open worlds have spoiled me), I was able to overlook it.
Was looking for a Couch Co-op game that would keep everyone interested

Summary: I was having a rough time finding coop games that would be really fun that i could play with my brother. This game had iffy reviews so i was really nervous about how fun it would actually be. All in all, it is a definite buy. What i enjoyed about this game is that it was easy to get the hang of, the default controls were great, and it was just an all around fun game.
Summary: I'm writing this review from the perspective of local co-op only as this probably isn't a game that would've appealed to me for single play. I think this is the first fantasy RPG I've ever played that used a split-screen as opposed to top-down model and I gotta say I love it; mainly because you can wander a good distance from your party to either hunt treasure or take down a troublesome enemy etc. and not worry about re-zoning or hitting an invisible barrier.
One of the best games I have played in the last decade!!!

Summary: This game is a hidden treasure and combines the best of both RPG, and Action Adventure. On top of that, it has local couch co op, and three player online co op. This game is an amazing game, even if your not a huge of Lord of the Rings. Truly a Gem, and this was the game that got me back into gaming, after taking a year off.
Summary: I first saw this game being played by a guy called tetranimjan on YouTube. And thought man this looks awesome. So i got it for Christmas as a gift for myself and immediately fell in love with the game. I have always loved close combat with melee weapons. And the games took it to a whole new level. I especially loved when you went into the final blow sequence. Everything went into slow motion. I love how you can make weapons stronger and combine different elements.
Summary: This game is an absolute must for LOTR lovers, and co-op RPG lovers alike. So far I've had many hours of fun playing through this game with my wife. I want to by a second PS3 so that we can play it 3-player with her brother as well. Too much fun: she loves it even more than I do. The battles are pretty sweet, it's always fun to chop off orc heads and sever orc limbs. I'm playing as the ranger and I love shooting off their heads with an arrow. Pretty slick.
Summary: This game is an epic success. It has great graphics as well as a good plot and great characters. The game is rather easy when playing on a low level though. I loved it and the co-op player which I find extremely fun.
