I love this game

Summary: I love this game. I wish it was a bit more "open world" though. The big problem is the famous glitch that everyone speaks about. You get to a point where you can't progress through the game anymore...and you can't even start anew with the progress you've made on your characters. Huge fail. I've been told the developer could make a patch..but it's been 4 years at the time of this review so that's not likely to happen. It's fun for a while..
Summary: This is a really fun COOP game. I played it at a friend's house and then bought it to play with them online. Lag was only perceptible when trying to steal each-other's kills but we shouldn't do that anyways right? I think the worst aspect of this game is the fact that people are strongly convinced that movie games suck so it's really difficult to convince someone to play with you and this game is designed for playing with two other people.
Summary: Do not buy this game. There is a massive, game breaking bug near the end and no one should buy this game unless a patch is released. Without online research about how to avoid the bug, the game may be unavoidably broken forcing you to ether give up or restart the entire game (when you're a couple missions from the end). The game play itself is good when playing co-op, but single player is boring.
Summary: This is a great game until you encounter a game breaking bug. Mine was losing a battle in which I had to run away from, and then when I reloaded there were no enemies. The save file also restored a boss battle quest that I had just defeated. When the designers decided to only have one save file, an auto save file, it really kills the game when you encounter a major bug. Mine happened in I believe the last chapter, after beating a battle at the beginning of the chapter.
Was looking for a Couch Co-op game that would keep everyone interested

Summary: I was having a rough time finding coop games that would be really fun that i could play with my brother. This game had iffy reviews so i was really nervous about how fun it would actually be. All in all, it is a definite buy. What i enjoyed about this game is that it was easy to get the hang of, the default controls were great, and it was just an all around fun game.
Enjoyed the split-screen, no internet required Co-op

Summary: Graphics weren't as good as, say, Borderlands and story wasn't even close to that of Skyrim (for example), but we had a fun time playing it. It was nice to be able to play with people in the same room, on the same console. Maybe we're just old school and are behind the times, but we prefer good ol' fashioned split screen co-op. Even though it's checkpoint based (which I LOATHE - open worlds have spoiled me), I was able to overlook it.
Summary: I thought this game was really fun but I got caught by the game ending glitch. if they ever decide to patch it I will up my stars. Research the glitches in this game before you play and you might make it through the whole game. I still have yet to start a new game out of frustration.
Summary: I am a fan of the LOTR universe, so I liked this game even without playing it. When I actually aquired this game, I was a little disappointed. It seems to me as the developers haven't finished the game development yet. The graphics are a little outdate for the period this was released and it is like the developers were in a real hurry with this game, which really upsets me a lot. The I am a fan of the LOTR universe, so I liked this game even without playing it.
