Summary: I bought this game on a recommendation of a coworker. I'm so glad I bought it. Th is is a great game with an excellent story behind it. It's one of my favorite games of all time. I usually just play shooter games and this has a little bit of everything. Great game highly recommended.
Pros: Great storyline, well written dialog, great characters. Scenery is beautiful, combat and crafting system is easy to learn, quick to pick up.
Cons: Gameplay at times becomes slightly repetitive in the late stages of the game; patterns start to form (i.e solve a puzzle, then combat, repeat); There are parts that can be frustrating, if you aren't skilled at stealth or tactical positioning. Summary: this game is just simply a masterpiece. if you have your doubts don't this game will deliver and deliver every step of the way. each time you think one thing happens you turn out to be wrong and you will never regret purchasing this game. also with the survival edition you get the amazing artwork of the game and dlc with the digital soundtrack that is just amazing.
Summary: I've been gaming for nearly my whole life, but only a handful have managed to capture my attention and admiration quite like The Last of Us. And has more than earned a place in my top games of all time.
