Escape from Butcher Bay is awesome but it's sequel Dark Athena is disappointing. At least this package has a HD version of Escape from Butcher Bay.

Summary: If you've watched Pitch Black or Chronicles of Riddick, you would know who Riddick is,he is an escaped convict who was convicted of murder but he plays an antihero type of character.Riddick speaks in a very relaxed way and you aren't sure whether to fear him or trust him and he has deadly combat skills and could easily kill anybody who messes with him. CoR Dark Athena actually contains two games, one is a remake of CoR Escape from Butcher Bay.
Summary: This game i got for cheap $10 i love the movies and wanted to try this out and i must say it aint to bad the controls are different and need getting use too and the graphics are pretty decent it is all around a solid game and i cant complain its fun to play and something a little different to add to your collection so i like it myself and recommend others try it
Summary: Say what you will about Vin Diesel, but the man has the character of Riddick nailed down. His performance is so convincing. This disc includes the original Riddick episode, Escape From Butcher Bay as well. The two chronicles are very similar in gameplay design. In fact, there isn't much variation to speak of. The mechanics are the same, and both are essentially stealth/action.
Summary: "The Chronicles of Riddick" is such a bizarre franchise. The Riddick character was a colorful supporting role in a sci-fi horror flick, and eventually got bumped up to the lead role of a movie that critics bashed but made a lot of money anyway. "The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena" is essentially a 2-game combo.
Summary: This game is so worth the buy it's not even funny. First off it's two games in one, and both are fun to play and look great! I bought this game because I like to fond sleepers and overlooked games, and this one is definitely a gem. You get to hear some backstory of Riddicks life and how he got to be who he is, which was a great bonus to the game. The controls are tight and the mix of stealth with brut force is balanced nicely.
Summary: I give Riddick 4 stars based more on "value" than gameplay, but it's a fun title nonetheless. At first I didn't like it because in Escape From BB, you're obviously in a prison environment (double-max slam) with long stretches where you have no guns...Just Riddick's stealth mode and a shiv or screwdriver, etc.
Pros: SCAR rifle is a great weapon Plenty of dark atmospheric places. No boring (and predictable) bosses to fight
Cons: A bit too much conversation for my liking. Butcher Bay shows its age and is actually quite boring in the first half. Load times are way too long for both games. Not enough weapons and selection is fairly clunky.
Summary: Escape from Butcher Bay was an excellent first person adventure game when it came out 5 years ago. It has undergone a nice visual upgrade, here, and remains a solid game. More old school classics deserve this sort of treatment! The Assault on Dark Athena chapter is serviceable, but does have a couple of pacing and gameplay issues that are disappointing.
Summary: Fun, fun, fun........ I am a Riddick fan, let that be known. I like the antagonist as a protagonist idea, especially when said antagonist is known as such because his version of righteousness and truth probably shines more clearly than the normally ambiguous version most humans entertain. Having said that..... this is a great game.
