Summary: Bought this game because I thought it was as good as the first one, even better, but heck no, its not fun at all, got bored in less than 10 hours in game. Driving physics are not so good, cars look way to cartoony, and sound effects are bad. Don't get me started on the characters voice acting and facial expressions, just plain horrible. I was really disapointed with this game and I'm glad I returned it.
ok, still needs more work in order to make it realistic as possible

Summary: the concept of the game is great but the overall execution is poor. There is still a lot of glitches that needs to be fixed; the developers should play the game before they decide to release it on the market.
Summary: This game is a sprawling epic, a kind of driving RPG, but it is stretched too thin. It tries to be many things to many people, but fails to deliver. There are lots of roads to drive on and an open world environment where you can drive literally anywhere, so exploring is fun for a while, but the scenery is not much different from one place to the next, and it gets a bit boring and repetitive. So then you can collect stuff.
Excerpt: "...to drive. When I saw Test Drive Unlimited 2 was set on the island ofIbiza and offers an open-world driving experience I really hoped for a PS3 version of my holiday driving experience. In many ways it delivers but in many other ways Test Drive Unlimited 2 makes promises that it just cannot uphold. You are supposed to be able to access an always online world where you and other motorists are living the dream on this beautifully rendered Mediterannean ...
Pros: The idea of driving around Ibiza
Cons: It just doesn't work . This game is broken !
Excerpt: "Fast cars, expensive houses, miles and miles and miles of road (and offroad) to explore from Ibiza to Hawai. What more can a man ask for? I used to play TDU 1 a lot, and i was expecting a next generation super polished title. I anticipated this title like i did to no other. The first strange thing here was the early release, but i just thought "whatever, the sooner the better". So the big day had finally arrived, and i was super excited. I inserted ...
Pros: Big world to explore; A fair variety of cars; Excellent concept;
Cons: Unpolished; Poor physics; Dead citys; Bad storyline; Poor engine noises; Sluggish MP;
Good at first, but soon gets boring and seems rushed.

Conclusion: This is an edited review as i gave it four stars through first few hours of playing. But it's true colours soon show as its gets more and more repetative. Characters are cheesy and annoying, races don't vary much, graphics arn't nothing special. First off you get the impression theres going to be loads of cars but this is not the case, theres so many manufacturers left out. No, Renault, Mitsuibshi, Honda, Lambo, Noble, BMW, Vauxhall and many more.
Summary: I've just grabed myself a ps3 because i wanted to to play GT5 and i got this game at the same time. I was a great fan of the first TDU game and i did enjoy playing it, but this one is bad the control of the cars is in a word rubbish if you can call it control at all. i tried changing the settings it made very little difference the driving tests are a waste of time, a GT5 rip-off.
