Summary: This game is not as great as the original was but is still a great game. Namco built upon features in the first one like the Tag Throw and Combo as well as the Bound system introduced in Tekken 6. One new feature implemented into the game was the Tag Assault which is basically a special tag combo off performed after doing a bound move and pressing the tag button. Fight Lab, the in game tutorial on how to play really helps get better at playing this game.
Summary: I personally am a fan of the Tekken games, I have been playing Tekken since Tekken 2 and I haven't stopped playing since then, with over 50 playable characters and a ton of fun maps this keeps me playing, I personally like the characters in Mortal Kombat better but I love the story so much more in Tekken, having played Tekken longer I personally prefer Tekken over MK, I love and own a lot of the Tekken games as well as the new MK but I personally think that Tekken...
Summary: I was ready to let Tekken fade away, until this game came out. The best of Tekken 6 plus tag minus the horrible T6 loading times. TTT2 is a deluxe product and tournament material for years to come.
Summary: I've been playing tekken since the third installment. I've taken the chance to play the tekken 1and 2 as well. I love this series as a whole and this game as a single entry. I'm not a tournament player but I do see that this game offers complex combos for the elites and simple combos that a novice could pick up and learn. I feel anybody and pick this game up and play it even if they button mash. Tekken Tag 2 is great.
Summary: Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is, if nothing else, a celebration of everything the franchise has been up until this point. Featuring a roster jam-packed with over 50 fighters from across Tekken's major main series entries, everyone's favorites are here from Tekken 2's Jun Kazama all the way to the slim version of Bob from Tekken 6.
Summary: I have played the entire Tekken series on the gaming consoles form tekken 1-tag tournament 2. The characters, variety of fighting styles, techniques and move sets, I love. Tekken used to be fun, but not anymore. I take Tekken to series now. Especially online, I know what each gamer online is shooting for and it is a juggle combo. If you execute two juggle combinations, it is over for you. If you can defend against the juggle than your chances of winning are higher.
Summary: the game is pretty much T6 w/better graphics, and more characters. w/the availability of being able to go 1 vs 1, 2 vs 1, 2 vs2, dont mind it at all. pretty fun game, the huge roster def. is a win. pretty much almost every existing character in the Tekken franchise, cant complain about that.
Summary: With a cast of 44 fighters (not counting the free DLC characters), Tekken Tag Tournament 2's roster is immense. And it is not uncommon for fighters to have more than 100 moves at their disposal!! Tekken may host the King of Iron Fist Tournament, but finding victory requires more than a heavy hand. Knowledge of your opponent's arsenal, precise execution, and quick reflexes get you further than simply knowing the strongest attacks.
