Summary: Overall Tales of Graces F is a great game. It has a slow start like other Tales games but once you get started in the main story the game picks up speed. To all those who order the special edition however make sure to buy a copy from your country because when game developers make codes for DLC they are country specific codes.
Summary: I bought this game after several months of going "I really want this!" watching my boyfriend play. I decided to one-up him by ordering the special edition and having it sent over to the states. It comes with some of the best features I've seen for a game like this, and is most definitely worth the money. The only downside is that the DLC voucher doesn't work on US consoles, but it's not enough to take away from the overall purchase.
Summary: Tales of Graces f is a jrpg that was ported from the Wii onto the Ps3. The tales series is very popular in Japan and has gathered up a fan base worlwide. I myself have played Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia Dawn of The New World. The tales series started out on the snes with Tales of Phantasia in 1994 it deviated from turn based combat which is something I loved about the Tales series because I am not a fan of the turn based combat system of Final Fantasy...
Great Special Edition but some limits if you live in United States
7 August 2012
Summary: I live in the States. This special edition wasn't released in the US. So if you live in the states then you will need to buy a European version. If you can find it for reasonable price then I would recommend it, but just be careful on where you order it from. Make sure the seller ships this edition in a box and not a envelope. The limited box is delicate. Pros: The game itself is wonderful. I love the graphics and storyline.
Excerpt: I just finished chapter 3 of this, and all I can say is, WOW. This is the best Tales game to come out in some time, and trust me, I have every Tales game that ever came out in North America. In my opinion, its the best JRPG in a long time, period, because we had a drought of the genre in 2011, and I didn't even complete the game yet.
Summary: I play games for the gameplay, so I'll keep this very simple: If you like JRPG's, especially other Tales games, you'll probably like this game a lot. The gameplay is fantastic. Best out of the whole series for me. I've played Symphonia, Abyss, and Vesperia before this one. The battle system has really hooked me. You approach enemies diagonally, with an emphasis on dodging and countering into combos.
