Excerpt: This game is based on the original 90's street fighter series remade for the ps3 network. The game includes 16 characters to chose from and is a 2d beat em up game. The game story is based on a martial arts contest to see who is the best fighter in the world. in story mode you gotta beat 8 characters, in arcade matches.
Excerpt: SSF2THDR is a pretty long acronym, but its worth it. This game is quite simply the pinnacle of 2D fighting. The original turbo version is 15 years old this year, yet still stands up to continual tournament play whilst newer revisions and competitors have fallen by the wayside. This version has been rebalanced with the aid of David Sirlin amongst others to make more of the characters usable at high level, whilst making it easier for new players to get involved.

Excerpt: Street Fighter II was one of the biggest arcade gaming sensations of all time, luring millions of teenagers into arcades, kebab shops and chippies the world over for a dose of revolutionary one-on-one beat 'em up battling. It was so popular that it spawned about a dozen variations and updates, a series of three sequels, three prequels, countless off-shoots and spin-offs, and even a dodgy film with Kylie Minogue and Gomez Addams in it.
