Excellent Product - Sony PS3 Street Fighter IV FightPad (Akuma)
17 March 2012
Summary: The packaging, even though it's Brand New, seemed kind of old and dusty. Never mind that because all it takes is just a bit of cleaning. Nonetheless... The hardware undoubtedly an excellent product. Solidly built and feels comfortable... All the buttons are working fine and responsive.
Summary: AAA++++++++++ 100/100 All right! Perfect work... The best experience in the fighting games. Buy now Nice control Enlarged circular 8-way floating D-Pad 6-button layout with additional multi-speed Turbo functionality 3-way switch enables D-Pad to also function as left or right analog stick
Summary: I bought this for my son for his birthday. Mother of the Year, thank you very much. The only problem I have had with the FightPad is that it is battery sensitive. The boy put brand new batteries in (Ray-O-Vac) and it would not sync with the PS3 console. He put batteries in that had already been used (again Ray-O-Vac) and it has worked like a charm.
Haven't run into any of the problems mentioned in other reviews

Summary: I purchased this a while back in 2009 for Street Fighter IV, and I haven't had any problems with it since. It works like a dream with every fighting game I've played (Street Fighter, BlazBlue, Marvel vs Capcom, Mortal Kombat) and I even use for any 2D games that aren't fighters. Obviously you can't use it effectively for 3D games, but that's not really the purpose of the controller anyways.
Summary: The fightpad is great and stands up to abuse like a champ. The first night I had it I split my knuckles open on the front of it, and it was funny, 'cause it made Chun Li look like she had a bloody nose. I felt bad for hitting a woman and let the blood remain as a reminder of my shame. Over time the rage won out over the mortification, and I've smashed that thick-thighed broad right in her smug face more times than I can count. There have also been a barrage of headbutts.
