Summary: Stranglehold stayed true to John Woo's Hard Boiled, provided awesome gunplay with destructible environment. But again it's repetitive, has bad graphics, stupid voice acting, and technical problems all along Tequila's revenge path.
Entertaining Game That Gives A Nice Mix Of Max Payne And Replacement Killers
6 August 2014
Summary: The game is a good TPS game that nicely utilizes the famous bullet time though called tequila time here as you play a Hong Kong police office at first looking into triad crimes but then afterwords a more personal vendetta against them and their allies.
Sometimes, a Game is Just Fun and That's All It Needs to Be
21 November 2013
Summary: I enjoy John Woo movies, and I thought this game did a good job of putting me in the middle of one. This is a solid third-person shooter with the added twist of being able to do some crazy stunts here and there. Lots of explosions and gunfire... what's not to love?
Summary: Nothing new to add to most reviews except that I am an infrequent casual gamer and found this game enjoyable. Pretty straight forward like Max Payne or Drake's Fortune games. Definitely not too hard for a early or pre-teen if you are OK with the whole animated violence part.
Summary: Stranglehold is great, great storyline really nice game-play not bad graphics. the graphics could use a bit more work but other than that this game is really fun and for sure worth the money and time.
Summary: I find this game enjoyable. its similar to a Jackie Chan Movie. you get to jump off walls, slide over tables and destroy everything around you. This is a simple game, get from point A to Point B. other people say this game is tedious but this game was to short to find it boring.
Summary: It might be a little bland as idea for a game, but personally i just love the gameplay and the soundtrack. The story is very similar to a steven seagal-like movie, but it's also true that those kind of movies works if put in a good way.
