a good game that could have been great (ps3 version)

Summary: the story is great, the acting is great, but the gameplay itself has a couple fails. the camera perspective leaves much to be desired; during regular gameplay it just simply has occasional farts (ie not staying on enemies when you lock onto and/or attack them), but the boss battles are where it...
Summary: I bought this at the now much reduced price, and just completed the main story today. Being a devout fan, I will admit to being less than impressed by the story at first, although I do think it improves towards the end, particularly with the dialogue (which starts off fairly horribly and gets a bit...
Summary: Seriously, as of 6/2010 people are paying $80+ dollars for a new copy and $60+ for a used copy. It's not "rare" like people claim and can be bought new at Walmart, Best Buy, and Gamestop new for $39.99. Why do you people pay more for games that are massed produced? I don't understand that at all.
This game ended up as disappointing in practice as it was promising in theory

Summary: I always wonder why star wars games for the most part end up being crap, i mean some for sure are good, but for the most part they're either bad, or barely slightly above average. With some notable exceptions of course which i'll mention in a bit.
Summary: Another reason why Lucas Arts has lost my respect! Star Wars: Force Unleashed has ruined me. I can no longer just enjoy a game. I must nit-pick it for its flaws and then wallow in my loathing and hatred for poorly designed games. Let me explain: Controls: The targeting does not work.
If only the apprentice had learned basic fighting skills...

Summary: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed had the potential for a great story, great game play, and an all-around great entry in the abysmal field of Star Wars video games. Sadly, it fails to live up to its potential. The story is mildly entertaining, but extremely predictable.
Summary: I enjoyed the demo for this game very much because I felt like a dangerous, powerful jedi. I was frying gangs of stormtroopers with my force lightning and wading through their puny blaster fire to cut them all down with my lightsaber.
Summary: As I really enjoyed the first game of this series, which was long and facy, this was a huge disappointment! People may think it's wrong to compare this game with the first game, but I don't see why that would be wrong.
