Summary: This is a very fun RPG for the PS3. This is not the first game in the series, but it is the first one to make it to the PS3 console and it does not disappoint! I think there is a ton of replay value in this game, but it may be due to the fact that I am a Star Ocean fan. The graphics are excellent. The controls are intuitive and the leveling does not seem tedious to me.

Summary: Arrived on schedule!! The game play was excellent. I was hoping I would be able to fly in space as well but no huge shock there. The story was a typical star ocean style story (at least in my opinion). The only obnoxious thing about the game id say.. Was with the ending. One thing i hate more than anything else is being firced to watch over an hour worth of stupid credits to get to the end save.....

Summary: I know a lot of people give the voice actors flac for their acting, but honestly, I don't think it was that bad. I even teared up at the end of the game because I was so wrapped up in each characters storyline. This is a JRPG, so obviously expect 50+ hours to go into the main content only. But hey, I get my money worth of play out of the game!
Summary: I like games we're you start off at a low level and you work up on that and get stronger. This game is one example of my explanation. You get to go around different worlds and fight off monsters and level up and get more stronger level. And of course learn different abilities. I give this game a 5 stars.
Summary: I LOVE Star Ocean and before playing this one, Till the End of Time was my favorite. This one stole the first place. I lent it to one of my best friends and she's so hooked that I have no idea when she'll return it.
Intense battle system with long gameplay hours. A new kind of star ocean ga

Summary: I have been a long time fan of the Star Ocean series. The game kept its original battle system from the previous star ocean game which was on the playstation 2 generation. Good visuals, even though they look like manikins but it was expected. The simultaneous battle fights made this game most enjoyable for me. The destructive animations and explosions and having 4 party members along with it sealed the deal for me.
