Not the best game ever, but certainly not a bad game either.

Summary: So you'll probably read a lot of reviews that talk about how this game makes you think deeply about war and feel the consequence of your choices, not so. There are some moments that trick you into doing somethings that may sound your conscience but nothing as earth-shattering as some of the reviews...
Summary: Overall a decent game..one of the best army war games out. I prefer third person shooter games any way....the game has good action and its surroundings and background features is so clear its almost real. Only issue is at times the games can be a tad boring which slows down the gameplay.
Excerpt: Six months prior to the start of Spec Ops, the worst series of dust storms in recorded history began across Dubai. Dubai's politicians and wealthy elite downplayed the situation before evacuating in secret, leaving countless Emiratis and foreign migrant workers behind.
Excerpt: It’s basically Apocalypse now the game…. with Nolan North playing the part of Martin Sheen *rolls eyes* Spec Ops: The Line is a third-person shooter brought to us by Yager Development and published by 2K Games.
Pros: Good story/character development, dealt with serious subject matter quite intelligently .
Cons: Mediocre game play, a little short, the plot formula was a little unsatisfying .
Summary: The gameplay is not as good as other games in the genre. The story is interesting and not just "a bad copy", the action is great and some of the cut scenes do a great job supporting the story with spectacular events.
Summary: Game took longer to be delivered (two days) than it did to play (about 5 hours). This did not come with the Fubar pack as stated. Basic semi-tactical shooter. Crouch, shoot. Rinse, repeat. Can't comment on the online aspect as I don't play online.
