Summary: Yes, I own both the ps3, and wii versions of sonic unleashed, and I've reviewed the wii version. Now, I'm reviewing the ps3 version. Sonic unleashed ps3 is a great game and it looks better than the wii version, it is in 1080p and runs at 60 FPS. now I don;t think that we should get into the story since i have already reviewed the wii version of the game.
Not the "fast" experience Sonic should be, but good game anyway

Summary: Good game, but still it's not the "original" Sonic experience. The unleashed (night) levels are BORING, not speedy as Sonic should be. Night days are awesome! If you want to play a fast game, maybe you should buy another game. I would recommend this game to 10-14 years old kids. Also, camera view doesn't work well.
Summary: I went into this game thinking it would be ok i was far wrong so wrong. Now i admit some of the levels are ok however those levels only happen during the day and for some unknown reason sonic's world is always at night ahhh. The night levels are just ridiculous i hate them. Some parts have good qualities but its mainly bad.
Summary: I BOUGHT THIS ITEM THINKING IT WAS GOING TO BE BETTER THEN THE ORIGINAL, WHEN INFACT THE ORIGINAL IS ALOT BETTER... THERES NOTHING MY SON REALLY LIKES ABOUT THE GAME AND NOT REALLY ANYTHING HE DISLIKES ABOUT THE GAME, HE DOES NOT PLAY IT TO OFTEN. SEGA ORIGINAL SONIC IS ALOT BETTER THEN THIS 1...
Summary: Being a Sonic fan since the Genesis days, I decided to pick this up with the Sega All Stars racing bundle. I've read the reviews and the bad reviews are true. While it's true that the Daytime levels are amazing graphic-wise, the controls ruin the fun for me. Night time levels SUCK. The Gameplay was actually OK, but the bad camera angles and the bad framerate ruined it. And the level select 'Free Roam' is ridiculous. Waste of time.
Summary: Introduction: When I played the demo I thought this was going to be the best sonic that was ever created. Then I bought the game and my opinion instantly changed. Cons: The only part of this game I did not like at all was the night time mode(when sonic turns into some hideous monster and it look like a wannabe Crash Bandicoot). Since the night time mode was 50% of the game play, this is the reason why the review for me wasn't very good at all.
Summary: Sonic unleashed brings back every sonic fans favourite parts of the sonic genre. Running very fast from a side view perspective most of the time. However only 1/3 of the game is actually like this. The other 2/3 is nothing more than utter crap. Sonic turns into a “Wear Hog” which makes no sense considering that the “Wear” in Wear Wolf, means man. Which would make sonic a Man Hog? Wtf...
Summary: This is a fun game & yet it is very difficult at parts the speed is great
but sometimes its just to much. Sonic is one of the few games that I know of
that still uses a life system for the games which can be a major pain in the
later levels considering the size of the levels get really far lose all of your
lives & have to re-start that level from scratch it just gets to be a reel
pain doing the same thing over & over & the more feed up you get doing
that the more...
Summary: A fairly typical old style platform game with a few new twists, this game is
one that children and adults alike will get hours of enjoyment out of.
Challenging, yet not too frustrating that young players will give up there is
plenty to do and hours of fun here.
Excerpt: "...Gameplay == If you've played any Sonic games before you'll pretty much know what to expect as it's largely the same formula as usual. If not, it's a high paced platformer where you charge through daytime levels at breakneck pace. However, there's the additional twist here of nighttime levels where you play as Sonic's alter ego, the were-hog; these are much slower paced and throw in an element of combat too. Rather than being just presented as a ...
Pros: Very nice graphics . Decent high speed platforming for the most part .
