A typical run and gun shoot 'em up.

  • Summary: Well, it's no Call Of Duty or even Medal Of Honor but it's a passable FPS. The graphics are just so-so, no crisp foliage, no detailed buildings.... The storyline is A-typical for a game like this, you're in charge of escorting a top enemy of the state but then things go downhill and a most trusted person in your unit turns on you and kills the objective, then it's your job to kill him, which is fairly easy to do, now it's your job to find out who is behind all of this,...

  • Summary: This game is smooth shooting. I loved it. The locations are nice and look beautiful. Sometimes it's too hard because you can not save. Great atmosphere!

  • Summary: Overall the game isn't totally horrible. The problems are unstable frame rates, terrible animations, ridicules AI, and overall low budget graphics and sound. Once you get past all of that, the game is mildly entertaining.

  • Summary: I had heard about Soldier of Fortune: Payback's ridiculous level of violence and decided that I would give it a try as it was only 4 dollars. Overall, I was very disappointed by this game, even if it was very cheap. While the extreme gore is kind of cool at first, the novelty wears off after the first 20 minutes. After that the gore just feels gimmicky.

  • Summary: I actually thought this was going to be a good or at least OK game, boy was I wrong. I do know the graphics and the gore in the game were all right but there were a number of things that made this game fall apart. One of course was the lack of manual saving, which irritated me since both previous SOF titles had this. Another would be the irritating voiceovers for the player that would I actually thought this was going to be a good or at least OK game, boy was I wrong.

  • Summary: Just paid $10 (NZ) for this and I have given it a 7 even though I am still playing the single player campaign for the first time. What a time warp. Developed in 2007 it looks more like a 20th Century N64 game. Basically, it looks TERRIBLE, Sounds TERRIBLE, (some of the worst voice acting ever) and is infested with more flaws than I care to name. BUT...................

  • Summary: Well, this game can be fun at times, but it is really not that fun. There are many difficult parts in the game where you can lose your mind. Most graphics feel wooden. It is a nice game, but clearly not "great".
