Summary: I started with a 4 star, went back to 3 and now back to 4 again. This is a good game and should probably a 5, because I know it's good and I'm sticking with it but it's filling me with rage a lot of the time. Maybe I'm just being a full-on moron, I don't know, but after doing some research and listening to others it seems to be a recurring feature, the point I'm going to make. I find myself wanting to throw my controller at the wall 80% of the time when fighting.
Summary: Well, NO. Sleeping dogs only shares a few characteristics of GTA and presents them in a far weaker way. the graphics are strong at times but the visuals blur and texture pop throughout gameplay. The story isn't at all original, watch point break and place it in china and you've got a very similar story symphosis. the charectors are entertaining but not memorable, and the gameplay is mediocre.
Summary: Sleeping Dogs PlayStation 3 Rated 18 Stats: HD 720p 1 Player Offline Requires: 4135MB minimum of free Hard Drive space Supports: Network Features Developed by United Front Games Published by Square Enix Difficulty Rating: [based on menu, controls and level design]: 6/10 (Average Gamer) Story: Wei Shen is sent undercover to infiltrate the triads of Hong Kong, but his closest allies will soon become his number 1 worst enemy amongst them all.
Summary: Inspired by some Asian old school action movies. Writing is ok but the mixture of Chinese and English sound pretty corny. Sleeping Dogs' melee combat is good and combat with weapon is fun. It is almost like a copycat of Batman Arkham City. Driving is ok, street in Hong Kong is rather empty though... The graphics, on the other hand, are good, but they certainly won't blow you away. The world is influenced by and designed after the real Hong Kong.
