Summary: Setting up the story is a bit slow, and it's not intensely interesting at that. The only fun levels of the game are the puzzles. It's mostly a lot of trial and error. The combat is unintuitive and, in my opinion, a hindrance. I'd rather have to avoid enemies entirely.

Summary: With most games in the genre making the shift towards action horror, Siren: Blood Curse instead retains what made survival horror so appealing in the first place. It would have been easy for them to appease the action/shooter fanbase, and cash in like so many others have.
Summary: When you think about it ther's not actually that many great, true Survival-horror games available on PS3. This, with it's creepy, tense atmosphere and well balanced stealth/action gameplay is certainly one of the better ones.
Summary: GRAPHICS: The visuals work great for the story they're telling. The atmosphere and mood really sucks you into the story and overall experience. While the graphics aren't technically sophisticated as a disc-based game on PS3, it simply doesn't matter. The visuals are great.
Summary: I enjoyed it, despite the completely confusing story and some of the repetition. And to the guy who gave the game a 0 simply for the controls, and then compared it to a game that's completely different and wasn't even meant to be surpassed by Siren:Blood Curse... well yeah... pretty dumb.
Summary: Pretty awesome. I was a big fan of the original (except for the illogical puzzles and annoying snipers). In my books Siren is basically the true successor to the Silent Hill series. Encounters with the shibato are pretty intense.
Summary: I have found there to be a distinct lack of Japanese-style horror games released on the PS3 that have really grabbed my attention. I didn't particularly think much of Resident Evil 5 and, from what I had heard, Silent Hill hadn't been able to capture the spirit of its second incarnation effectively...
Excerpt: Despite the lack of a number in it's name, Siren Blood Curse is actually the third Siren game, the previous two titles having appeared on the Playstation 2. Blood Curse is a remake of the first game, so you don't need to have played either of the other games to enjoy it.
Summary: With instant action in a series from the tv sort of way, this is varied full of character and fun. The game recaps like a series from the tv, shows what your going to do next time!!! Its all a little weird but intrestingly compelling. You play as various characters each with different attributes.
