Summary: The classic PC game showed up at my store under PS3, wow. After trying this one out, found it to be good for what it is. The classic strategy game is remastered to fit with the use of a game-pad controller. However, after a few times through, I felt that more could have been added. My only problem with all of the Civ games have been that they only have a handful of civilizations to choose from.
Summary: Civilization Revolution is a streamlined and condensed Civilization for the console. As such, it loses some of the depth of the PC versions and each play-through is also shorter with the game being able to be completed within a few short hours. However, each game is action packed and moves at a very quick pace and it allows players to strategise in endless ways as they attempt to win via one of four methods.
Summary: This game more or less is just a practice for 2K games to try out a rts on the consoles which ended up kind of bland. But I do give them credit for the graphics, and the ai, and humor. Otherwise They should really should make another, console based and maybe make it it like beyond the sword that way theirs infinite possibilities, and be able to make your own games.
Pros: Great Graphics, love the nukes even more then in the other civilizations, like the AI, keeps you playing.
Cons: No main story, only a few missions, and you should be able to make custom games, where u select as many teams you want to fight/ally with, as well as a map editor like on the comp version
Summary: This is the type of game I have been waiting to hit the consoles for years. A good strategy game that is not bogged down with too much. Sid Meier has created a game that can get just about any gamer into strategy gaming.
