Summary: When I bought this game, i was looking for a fun snowboard game, since I had the trilogy of ssx on PS2 and had a lot of fun with them, I wanted to feel the same with similar game on ps3...so i decided to try this one despite the bad reviews it got. but when i received it and played it, i felt automatically bored, it wasn't fun, the graphic was beautiful but the story and the game's commands felt too annoying. 2 hours later i was done playing it and returned it to amazon.
Summary: Um I got this game cuz I like sports, I like snowboarding and skateboarding. I picked this up cuz I watched some videos and I'm like hey that looks cool... yea sure whatever! Its ok when you go down the mountain and you get a little excitement but that doesn't last that long. Yea yea yea you can get off the board like in Skate 2, but omg this game like really bites.
Summary: This game is likely one of the worst games I have had the misfortune of playing. I deeply regret ever wasting my time on it. Its bad to the point of almost being laughable if it wasn't for the fact that this idiot Shaun White got paid real money to put his name on this garbage. I'd rather watch a Vin Diesel movie marathon then play this game another minute.
Summary: I could'nt wait for the release of this game. the graphics looked solid. the idea of a realistic snowboarding game was refreshing. unfortunately its clunky and sluggish. you have to hold up on the L stick to stay a notch above painfully slow...if you see a big kicker you want to hit but you dont want to do half a front flip, and your thumb is tired of holding up, you have to release the L stick which causes you drastically lose speed or even come to a complete stop just...
Summary: This game is Shovel-ware - a game made for making a buck's sake. Horrible - There is a 4 year old game called SSX which blows this game away. This game was made for the S. White brand to make a quick buck - I guess they dont know that making garbage and putting your name on it - Reduces your brand value long term.
Summary: game sucks, 1080 snowboarding for N64 way back in the day was better than this! The whole point to the game is to collect coins scattered aaround the mountain? Camon Shaun, I wouldn't agree to put my name on the cover of this lame excuse for a snowboarding game, you should have a snowball thrown at you!
Summary: I got it for Christmas, excited to finally have a snowboarind game on the PS3. I sold my 360 to get a PS3 shortly after buying Amped 2. This game can not even stand in the same category as Amped 1 or 2. In Amped 2, the physics felt great, the hang time was enjoyable and the trick engine was fairly easy to get use to. The physics in this game are absolutely awful!
