Lots of playtime for your dollar.

Summary: I bought this because my wife was a fan of Sonic. I wasn't too sold on it until I saw that all three Streets Of Rage games were in it. The Golden Axe series too. My personal favorite being the Shinobi games although I was sad to see that they omitted part 2 of said series. Their were a lot of games that came out for the Sega Genesis. I think if Sega really wanted to make a gem out of this they could of by putting in all of the cult classic games.
Summary: The games are all working and in HD. My only complaint is sometimes, it takes a few minutes to load the game startup screen, while at other times, it loads within a few seconds. I suspect it's the European CD version I'm using. Otherwise, this collection is a keeper!
Summary: What an awesome collection... though I mainly got it for the Sonic games. I got it for $20. I never had a Sega Genesis but played the Sonic games at friends' houses. I'm going to enjoy some other 2D games: RPGs, platformers, brawlers. My one critique is the game selection menu, it only shows like 6 at a time as you scroll through. I don't see why the menu isn't from the top to bottom of the screen.
Summary: I love the game, its amazing however the 2 player wouldnt work properly. It wasnt my controllers fault so I was very confused. Also when I would picked certain games it would start playing for me and the controller would be on ghost mode. I was able to back out of the game but not play. It was brand new seal so IDK if there was a problem with the manufacting or what. I have a brand new ps3 and that is a first time I have seen anything like that.
Summary: I liked the fact they put all of the old top hit Sega Genesis games in HD. However if Sony wants to continue doing this, they need to include some of the fun old sports games as well. That would be a good contrast to the shooter and action games. Sega games look very good in HD. So good in my book!!
Summary: Not a game of the year quality game, or something you may still be playing a few years after you bought it. A good solid rent for sure. But for fans of the genre, it's a must buy for bringing back memories.
Summary: i like how there are some of the best games on here as in almost all the sonic games all three streets of rage and shining force one and two if you like to play role playing games then play shining force one and two and the other rpgs if you like to play soinc then play all the sonic games or if you like fighting then play all three streets of rage the one thing i dislike about it is there is only 40 games that they did not put more games on there to make it more like...
Summary: I like it that we can finally play games from the late 80's to 90's on here there most be over 40 games in this Sega Collection to say the least! Ok here is the downfall the sound is horrible they should've added a remixed OST in here as well..Another thing that is kinda annoying is when I was playing Shinobi 3 the controls were to tight like if you were jumping double jumps this wasn't working very well for me.
