Scott Pilgrim Hits PSN!

  • Excerpt: "...lowered some people's expectations of Scott Pilgrim vs the World but, I'll have you know, it's far from what you may expect of a typical movie-licensed video game.... First of all, the story. The game follows the film's storyline-Scott Pilgrim meets the girl of his dreams, but has to defeat her seven evil exe's in over-the-top battle sequences. This works brilliantly in the game. The 8-bit graphics and quirky soundtrack add to the nostalgic tone ...
  • Pros: - Lovely 8 - bit graphics  - Awesome Soundtrack !   - Stays loyal to film and comic - books
  • Cons: - No online co - op !   - Gameplay becomes slightly repetitive over time

  • Excerpt: "Scott Pilgrim Vs The World: The Game was a game I was very excited about. I'll say this upfront, I'm a big Scott Pilgrim fan and I can't get enough Scott Pilgrim. I love all of the books and I'm hoping I'm going to love the movie too. Needless to say I love this game. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World: The Game (From here on SPvTW:TG for simplicity) is a love letter to my childhood. I grew up loving games like Streets Of Rage, Final Fight, River City ...
  • Pros: Great Multiplayer Fun, Retro Joy, Great Music
  • Cons: Steep Difficulty Curve, Repetitive

Mädchenherzen im Retro-Stil erobern!

Ulyaoth, Ciao
17 September 2010
