Two worlds (arcade shooter, music) mushed into a stinker
12 December 2012
Summary: This was one of the most disappointing PS3 games that I've played. It had two gameplay aspects that I love: arcade shooter and music. Despite that, it ends up being an awful game. The biggest problem is its length. The game just goes on and on and on. The entire game takes over 4 hours to clear, and for an imitation arcade-shooter, that's way too long. It went from an interesting concept of defeating monsters with music notes to an annoying one.
Summary: This was a great random find... for this OBSCURE and under-appreciated gem of a game. what it lacks in overall polish is made up for by innovative concept and game play. I have always thought it would be FUN to revive the old "The Bard's Tale" as a new game using the ubiquitous guitar controller everyone has these days, but until that day, this will just have to suffice. So BAD it's GOOD is right! \M/ Rock on Dude.
Summary: First of all, this should be a MATURE game! It has blood, rude humor, mild lyrics, and violence. Another thing is that all you do is press the buttons and strums at a RANDOM TIME! And, it is VERY hard to see which notes are which when your being attacked! The final thing is that the notes aren't on time with the song! You can MANUALLY calibrate it, but it's VERY hard to and you usually don't get it right unless your REALLY good at calibrating! This game SUCKS!
Summary: Welcome to a horrible game that's made fun by how awfull it is shred on you're guitar to slay zombies and such with the power of rock. This game couldn't possibly have bean any. Wors or more fun. Its the b movie guitar game.
