Summary: Something about this game made me love it. I think it's because it was so different from every other jrpg I've played. The battle system is not hard. I'm not a smart man, I never finished high school. I at the age of 32 still live at home with my parents.I most likely the IQ of a 12 year old and even that is generous. What I'm trying to say is if a dummy like me can figure out the combat system and you can't then you should be ashamed of yourself.
Really fun battle system, but everything else is pretty bad.

Summary: If I was judging the game based solely on it's combat system I'd give it 5 stars, but there's more to it than that. The story is VERY slow! I've put over 50 hours into the game and it's story has opened up about as much as any other JRPG would at the 10 hour mark (and JRPG storylines are already pretty slow).
Summary: This is a solid JRPG style grinder. I enjoy the story and world and the characters are memorable, but the game is extremely difficult. Once you get past the beginning stages its immediately evident that precision is crucial to a fault, and any mistake will cause you to have to replay battles over and over. It is very difficult but rewarding in its own way.

Summary: Wow, what a sleeper! Not sure what made me purchase this game as I recall my reluctance, but I really enjoy it. It has me laughing in so many of the story sequences because of innuendo. On the flip side, it's also quite serious. I find myself searching for serious coin to purchase ALL the new clothing for the characters and to build or modify weapons. Actually, I've spent lots and lots of time doing this. There are plenty of quests and side quests.
Summary: I like me some jrpgs so I gave this a try and after 13 hours it is very clear I have made a terrible mistake. I won't go into details 'cause honestly I blocked out this purchase but I do remember being relieved when I sold it.
Summary: A common criticism of modern games is that they are just too easy. Two decades ago unlimited lives and saving checkpoints would have sounded absurd to those who had to memorize level layouts and perfectly timing jumps and attacks (see Mega Man, Castlevania, Metroid, etc.). Now, those kind of features are expected, indeed it seems as those games that don't hold our hands are critized as being somehow poorly designed or flawed in their execution.
Summary: This game support dual audio. Jap and eng dub. This game has nice graphics and the gameplay is challenging. might find it hard at the beginning but you will get use to it after the first boss fight.
