Summary: I love every Resident Evil game up until this one. They should have renamed the characters and called it something else because it doesn't even remotely feel like a RE game. I tried to get into it but it just doesn't hold my attention.
Summary: I'm a relative noob to Resident Evil in the scheme of things-starting with 4 because it was the first to ditch the tank controls which I couldn't stand and were always a barrier to me to getting into the series. I enjoyed the heck out of both 4 and 5 (what is people's beef with 5 anyway?
Summary: I don't like the direction Capcom took the Resident evil series. The series no longer has that surprise and scary atmosphere among other things, compared to the original series which is the best.
Summary: Well, I must say I was really disappointed with this Anthology. You don't get physical copies of the actual games, you get codes to download the games from the store (which takes up hard drive space, I have a 500gb ps3 so no it doesn't really effect me but others it may) and if you already have...
Summary: The Resident Evil franchise is Capcom's storied survival-horror franchise that spawned a slew of sequels, copy-cat games, and an entire genre when the original Resident Evil was released for the PS1 in 1996.
Summary: Bought the game a year after it came out, knowing about its mixed reviews. Big RE fan and just had to try it for myself. Enjoyed the game, but the QTE's (Quick Time Events) ruined it for me big time. Pros: -Updated controls and camera, total control (almost) of the character and camera.
Summary: On the whole, I found this game pretty boring. That's especially disappointing because I really did like RE5 (Gold) a lot. First off, it's not really one game, but four separate missions with four separate characters. So it lacks the usual sense of a coherent overall plot.
Summary: Don't know what it is.. but its not that scary. Maybe the developers focus on the graphics so much they forget about the scary parts of the game. In fact, I can pick why it isn't scary. First of all, no one likes smart zombies. They can ride snow-mobiles! What? Did you just read that? Yes, they can.
