Summary: If you've played RE4 before then you basically know what to expect here. It's a decent port of what was a great game. I say port because that's exactly what it is...it's a version of RE4 emulated to run on current gen hardware...it's not very 'HD' as the title would suggest.
Summary: Resident Evil 4 is one of the best games to date on the GameCube and PS2. However, since then, all they seemed to do is make ports to other consoles and this game doesn't look as good as it did 7 years ago.
Summary: I'm a huge fan of RE4. But I must say I was expecting a little more from CAPCOM. The game looks, feels and plays great (just like it did back in its time) but I really don't see a major visual overhaul. Sometimes, it feels like I'm playing the old PS2 version.
Summary: RE4 was one of the most influential games of the last 10 years and still holds it's own against todays best action shooters. Summary: This is one of the greatest games ever made and it deserves far better than this mediocre, cash grabbing port. On the plus side, the game is still fantastic to play, and it really is as good as you remember!
Summary: This is one of my favorite games of all time and this HD remix does an admirable job of bringing this classic title to modern consoles. I was a little disappointed that Move controllers were not incorporated since it seems this would have been relatively easy to do with a Wii version already...
Summary: Don't get me wrong, this is one of the best and most important games ever to have ever been made thus far! And it's testament to Capcom that six years after its original release it still is highly entertaining, HOWEVER it's a massive stain against Capcom name that this is nothing but an expensive...
Excerpt: One of the most influential games of all time, Resident Evil 4 was a large part of popularising the third-person, over-the-shoulder camera view in games. It also, much like Grand Theft Auto III and more, broke away from its predecessors in gameplay terms.
Pros: Brilliant, over - the - top gameplay; unintentionally funny; voice acting and music; lots to do .
Cons: Poor graphics; the plot isn't great (though it is entertaining) .
