Summary: I own the Original Ragnarok Odyssey for PS Vita, and I always kinda wished that Xseed would release it for PS3. My wish has come true, and this game does have additional content that the original does not have. Namely, a few new maps, new quests, new boss monsters, new weapons, and new DLC. Also, if you own the original, back up your save data to Xseed's server.
Summary: After playing this game I got hooked. I would recommend it to anyone who loves RPG style games. The graphics are alright but the play style and storyline are fun and entertaining either alone or with friends.
Summary: This is not a MH rip off its similar to it but unique in its own way. 100+ hours gameplay, 4 player online, above average gameplay, and weapon customization. Overall, get this game especially with friends.
Summary: I personally wanted to buy Ragnarok Odyssey, but then I saw this available on Pre-Order. I did my research and it seemed that this is just like an expansion, so I waited and waited even after the 2 month delay. So it finally arrived after about 4 months of wait! The game play is something i enjoy, although it isn't exactly an open world, I love dungeon grinding and boss hunting. The control is a bit awkward though.
Summary: It arrived when expected, appears to be in perfect working condition and it overall an amazing game! I can't think of anything I would dislike about it so far. I definitely recommend this game to EVERYONE... It's definitely worth it.
Summary: did not play the original one so I decided to give this one a chance and I am enjoying it a lot. It's no monster hunter, but it's still good . I wish there were more classes to choose from, and a way to level up characters more would have been great . Also the game can get a bit too hard if you are not playing with others online ( you can hire mercenaries in-game but the AI is as dumb as a rock) .
Summary: To start with, I have never played the hand held version of Ragnarok but it always looked very interesting to me. So when it released on the PS3,I wanted to give it a shot. In a nutshell, it's an amazing buy at $40. The gameplay is essentially: start at the guild, go out complete quests, collect reward, grow stronger, rinse and repeat. Simple but very fun.
Summary: i've played a lot of the boss hunter genre games, none to CRAZY depth like you can no doubt go with all of them. i really like toukiden as of late, and welcomed this game when i saw the announcement. i've played some ragnarok mmo, but never got into the handheld. it's a solid boss hunter type game, and seems to have a large amount of content. if you get bored watching 20 minutes of video this game probably isn't for you.
