Ven y unete!
Summary: Honestly I find Ragnarok Odyssey ACE an excellent game. I own it on the PS3 and intend to eventually get it for the PS Vita. Never played the original, so I can't really offer my opinion on that, however for a first time on this game I really have enjoyed it thus far. I haven't even really got very far, beat the main boss for the original Ragnarok Odyssey and now mostly screwing around as Honestly I find Ragnarok Odyssey ACE an excellent game.
Summary: This game should be one of best PS Vita games - but it fails sooo badly. Good for children - lots of colorful monsters to kill. NOT for MH fans - it is just so easy to play. I do remember MHFU (best MH game IMHO) - it was just too difficult to play sometimes - and that is how a good game should be. Ragnarok is oversimplified game, which gives you no sense of achievement while you This game should be one of best PS Vita games - but it fails sooo badly.
Summary: Ragnarok Odyssey is the only game of it's type on the vita (monster hunter clone) that I've been able to get into. The gameplay is simple and quick paced. Some may think it's a little TOO simple but that doesn't strip the experience of fun or challenge in my opinion. There's enough depth to the RPG system to make the game addicting.
Summary: for what the game is, a boss hunting / co op game i really enjoy it. not sure why the reviews are so bad? maybe those people didn't know what they were getting into or something. the game is cool though. i really like the cross save / cross play. it will be around for a long time. i suggest looking into video reviews or some footage.
Ragnarok Odyssey - XSeed's answer to Phantasy Star Online
10 May 2014
Excerpt: One of my favourite games on the Nintendo Gamecube would have to be Phantasy Star Online. Unfortunately these days Sega seems determined to deny Western gamers some PSO goodness. Phantasy Star Universe was scrapped after a lack of developer support, the PSP Phantasy Star games have been removed from the PSN store and Phantasy Star Online 2 has yet to be localised despite appearing in Japan back in 2012.
Pros: Boasts several gameplay improvements over the original Ragnarok Odyssey .
Cons: The graphics don't look great on a big screen TV, combat is a tad repetitive .
