Summary: Honestly I find Ragnarok Odyssey ACE an excellent game. I own it on the PS3 and intend to eventually get it for the PS Vita. Never played the original, so I can't really offer my opinion on that, however for a first time on this game I really have enjoyed it thus far. I haven't even really got very far, beat the main boss for the original Ragnarok Odyssey and now mostly screwing around as I get the time.
Summary: This game should be one of best PS Vita games - but it fails sooo badly. Good for children - lots of colorful monsters to kill. NOT for MH fans - it is just so easy to play. I do remember MHFU (best MH game IMHO) - it was just too difficult to play sometimes - and that is how a good game should be. Ragnarok is oversimplified game, which gives you no sense of achievement while you advance.
Summary: After playing this game I got hooked. I would recommend it to anyone who loves RPG style games. The graphics are alright but the play style and storyline are fun and entertaining either alone or with friends.
Summary: This is not a MH rip off its similar to it but unique in its own way. 100+ hours gameplay, 4 player online, above average gameplay, and weapon customization. Overall, get this game especially with friends.
Fun, addictive, hack and slash action RPG game, simple but deep
16 April 2014
Summary: I saw this game while browsing through upcoming games for the PS3 a while back ago and this one got my curiosity. I watched a few videos of it on YouTube (I'm guessing for the older/Vita version) and it looked fun, so when the game came out, I bought a digital copy of it. I wasn't sure how much I'd like this game, but as it turns out, it's quite fun and somewhat addictive.
Summary: I'm glad this game came out, any time RPGs come out I get exited and this one was no exception. Unfortunately I really did not like this game. Something about not having experience points in a dungeon crawler with a weak story kinda killed it for me. I understand that it was designed for Vita so my bad for not doing my research first, but still.
