Summary: This game is a waste of money. Its so bad and has so many flaws/drawbacks its not worth writing about. Ive played real time strategy games since the 1990's and this game would be bad even back then.
Summary: I've played RTS games on the PC for years. This game is horrible. The unit interface is clunky and you're sitting there trying to select the right unit while your other units are dying. Storyline/dialog is HORRIBLE. Real let down of a game. If you've never played other RTS games, maybe it can be fun, but I couldn't stand it.
Excerpt: Having really discovered the joy of computer games in the mid to late 90's, I have always had a bit of a passion for War Strategy games. Of course when you consider I was playing games when the likes of Command and Conquer were all the rage then it's hardly surprising that I've got a passion for war strategy games. So when I spotted RUSE on the PS3, I thought it would be the kind of game that I would really enjoy.
Summary: As another reviewer stated I don't really know where to begin. I do find it hard to explain why I don't like it. I find RUSE rather boring. This is my first strategy game for the PS3. I bought it a year ago and tried to play it several times in the year hoping I would like it. Well I suppose I tried to force myself to like it as I paid for it and lots of others seems to have loved it from reading reviews and seeing how protective some people are of their little RUSE on...
Summary: There are so many things bad about this game, i just don't know where to begin. Graphics are poor, game play is unimaginative, the cut scenes are so awful they're cringe worthy, the game is terribly historically inaccurate and the whole RUSE options are pointless to the point that I'd play missions and forget to use them.
Summary: at first when i got it i was quite excited until i put it in. all the game is is that it is looking over a map and ordering things what to do. i prefer a game where you are told what to do and you actually get to drive it like in real life. i tried to like the game because my mum bought it 'specially for me but i just couldnt.
