Summary: We purchased this for our son. It is an okay game and he does play it time to time. I can't say it's one of this favorites, but if your looking for a game for someone who likes driving games, it's okay.
Cons: This nothing more than updated copy of Borderlands developed by GearBox 2 years ago. The basics are the same just different maps and bad guys. I have Boarderlands and it's to bad that Bethesda Softworks ripped off someones product idea.
Summary: This feels more like a rental to me, along the lines of 'The Darkness' from a few years back. Campaign only takes around 12 hours and I'm still undecided if the multiplayer is rich enough to hold my attention for more than a few races/challenges.
Pros: Enemy AI and character design was well thought out, with individual 'factions' of enemies acting different, in movements, etc. Worlds a semi-open for exploring and give a good Mad Max feel. Sound throughout is rich and relatively bug free Controls are decent (pretty standard shooter setup), and t...
Cons: The story mode was decently captivating for 80% of the game, with your character slowly unraveling the details of a corrupt government, and meeting some people along the way....then, abruptly, it's just over. No final showdowns, per say, no escaping exploding death stars, notta. I could be more f...
Conclusion: After playing this game for a couple of hours I can safely say the player will not find anything new or unexpected with this racer. The gameplay is pretty flawless and the graphics are good, although for the seasoned racer the competition is particularly easy in the first few races.
Summary: Pure for Playstation 3 certainly lives up to its' title. It is pure offroad adrenaline-pumping racing with massive jumps, beautifully rendered courses, and an overall solid racing experience. This game looks awesome on your HDTV in pure 1080P, and the framerates are smooth as silk.
Great graphics, but sometimes frustrating gameplay

Summary: This game definitely wins in the graphics department, but if you're looking for SSX type gameplay (except with an ATV) you're going to be disappointed. Before you can even begin to deal in the real races, you have to be able to pass 5 "simple" tests.
Summary: Combining racing and stunts, Pure is a frantic action racing game. As with many other racing games, you compete through a series of racing cups, with many different types of tracks, most set in outdoor areas such as tropical or desert. The graphics are very nice, sound as well.
