Summary: Prototype is an excellent game. If you enjoy free roaming games such as Grand Theft Auto, you'll love Prototype. You play as Alex Mercer, in a city ravaged by an infection, and military soldiers roaming everywhere.. Helicopters in the sky, tanks on the ground.. And guess what? You have super powers, and you're pretty much invincible. Form your arm into a blade, or a giant fist.. Or maybe you feel like you want to play with a bladed whip.. Go for it!
Summary: Just like the reviewa on the games, so I decide to get it. I like to freedom to move in the game however the game is structure as if it was created for me p year old daughter. To be more specific, the fight seens are more kaotic and haphazard. But I guess this great if you like this kind of none stop action.
Summary: Packed with fast paced, straightforward action, hack n' slash style. You problably have seen better graphics, but this don't take away game's value. The city is good looking enough to keep the gammer's interest in the gameplay.
Prototype is a very violent and chaotic anti-hero game
27 October 2009
Summary: Pros: -In Prototype you wield many destructive and diverse powers and moves. Some of the powers can shape-shift your body, while others improve your mobility. You can purchase various upgrades using the evolution points that you obtain through killing enemies and doing missions. The upgrades are very numerous. -Tanks and helicopters can both be piloted and you can also use different firearms.
Summary: No matter how deeply they may be buried, even the most tortured antihero usually possesses some redeeming qualities. Not Alex Mercer. He pursues his quest for answers and vengeance with wanton disregard for humanity against the backdrop of a New York City torn apart by the violent struggle to stop an aggressive plague-like viral outbreak. In any other story this could make it nearly impossible to connect with him as the main character. For Prototype it works well.
Summary: Prototype is a mildly flawed yet superbly entertaining experience. The plot is wonderfully presented and the apocalyptic tone throughout the game is expertly done. The many powers that Alex Mercer learns are very fun to use, especially on the poor little civilians. The learning curve is perfect; Prototype is very challenging but never left me feeling helpless.
Summary: The campaign of this game, I would say, is one of the best of all I have played so far. Even though some of the graphics and the engine seem outdated, the game is still of high quality. But on the other hand, many people say, and I do a bit, that the main vocal point of this game is its unmatched death and destruction, which can partly be compared to infamous. This is true, as some of the characters cannot be fully connected with such as the protagonist, Alex Mercer.
