Summary: This game is flipping awesome. From the story to the superpowers to the combat and then to the free roaming. I don't care about the graphics (even if it's terrible) I loved it so much I played the game for 3 months and not got bored.
Summary: This game has an interesting premise and story line but the actual game play is a little annoying and gets kind of boring by the time you get to the end. I got it because I was told it was similar to the Infamous games...average Joe who gets super powers rampaging through a free-roam environment with upgradable powers, etc..
Summary: Story is great with some nice twists waiting to be uncovered. Gameplay is great as well, with your main guy able to leap across buildings and transform into a bunch of different forms and use disguises. Controls will take some time to get use to when climbing buildings etc. And the target locking can get annoying at times. Graphics are solid, but it does need a bit more color.
Summary: If you love over the top free roaming games, this is the game for you. It's an open world RPG where you are a mutated human where the virus infects you and gives you a completely insane new set of armaments to vanquish all that stand before you. With people to kill and mutated weapons of mass destruction you can bring havoc and chaos to the city of new york.
Summary: Getting enjoyment from Prototype really depends how you're wired, and the more wired you are for destruction and all out OTT chaos the more you'll enjoy it. The game itself is fairly simple - typical sandbox stuff but with the added bonus of super powers thrown in to give you real freedom of movement around the city - nice.
