Konami please, what have you done?

Summary: I write as a long time PES fan. My first PES was back in the ISS Pro Evolution days on the PSOne. I've bought the last fourteen in a row and this might just be the most disappointing yet. PES12 bedded in a new game engine and was expected to have some rough edges. The potential was there - to be polished up for this incarnation. What Konami have done to my mind is further break the PES12 engine. I'm sure on lower difficulties the game is perfectly fine.
Impossible defending ruins what used to be a classic game

Summary: I've been playing Pro Evo in its various incarnations since the old PS1 days but I found the latest version unbelievably frustrating. Going forward is fun. Konami have improved the players' flexibility making it all feel that bit more realistic but I found defending near impossible. It didn't seem to matter who I played at the back. Whether they got the ball seemed more down to chance than anything else.
Summary: Every year Konami do this. They remove things from the game for no reason. If this game is purportedly made with fans in mind, why oh why is there no Community Mode? This is what makes PES, and to leave it out is obscene. Now we have 'Online Community' which means I can play against people in my own league..online. But what if I have real friends in the real world and we want to play in the same room? Can't we do that Konami? No. No you can't.
