If you had other PES 08 version, forgot about this one.

Summary: I had the PC and the PS3 Jap version of this game, and trust me; there's nothing new, only a few stadium added, but no single player roster update. However it did fix some replay lag, but overall lag still there when viewing cinematic in the intro, is probably good for those never play PES 08...
Summary: First of all, I have PS3 but I bought a PS2 version of the game. The online mode is lagging so bad. the player move around without your control. also, PS3 have less Stadium then PS2. If I not remember wrong. PS3 only have 10 stadium vs PS 2 35 Stadium.
Excerpt: To set the scene, the release of the previous instalment in the Pro Evolution Soccer franchise only cemented it's status as the best football computer game around. It was pure fun, arcade style football. EA's FIFA franchise had been awful for years, but was beginning to find it's feet again.
Pros: Sharper graphics, an online mode, advanced editing mode
Cons: No new features, Clearly targeted more at fans of simulation style play, badly
Excerpt: I have always preferred the Pro Evolution series to Fifa, but this game has swung me the other way. I was really looking forward to playing Pro Evo on a next generation console but it thoroughly dissappointed me. For starters I was expecting a whole new game engine, this wasn't the case.
Excerpt: Regarded as the worst Pro Evo to date and well I would have to agree wit the general consensus. Graphically this game looks good with player models looking decent close up. But from afar this game looks more like a PS2 game.
Conclusion: Think of PS3 capability, and then look at this game... I sincerely hope you downloaded the demo first. Gameplay is good, so it just about gets a 3, and Ive noticed no slowdown as other people have mentioned.
Poor for Pro Evo standards, but still the best footie sim.

Conclusion: Having been a dedicated pro evo fan from the times of iss pro 98 i was really looking forward to the next gen version of the best footie game around. However when i started playing it i noticed quite a few too many flaws for my liking.
Summary: I must say, I'm really disappointed, all in all a waste of £40. I was expecting something grand, something amazing - a football game worthy PES's standards and rich history. My expectations were further elevated by a review by IGN - they gave it a great 8/10.
